Chapter 7 ~ The Last jedi Part 1

The ship came out of light speed to discover seven or eight resistance ships.

'we caught them in the middle of their evacuation' Millie said.

'I have my orders from supreme leader snoke himself' Hux spoke proudly 'this is where we snuff out the resistance ones and for all.'

Hux turns and smiles at Millie, 'tell captain Kanidy to prime his dreadnought. Incinerate their base, destroy their transports and obliterate their fleet'.

Hux turns to Millie, pointing out the window to the dreadnought which had just come out of lightspeed, it wad a massive ship, dark and looming.

'General, resistance ship approaching, guns and shields in attack mode' a lieutenant shouted.

Hux walked over to the screen 'a single light fighter?' he questioned bur back to the window and watched it approach with Millie

'Attention this is commander poe damoren of the Republic Fleet. I have a urgent communication for general hugs' a voice said on the general wavelength.

'patch him through' Hux mummers.

'this is General Hux of the first order, the Republic is no more. Your fleet of rebel scum and war criminals' he said in a commanding voice. 'Tell your precious princess that there will be no terms, there will be no surrender.'

'Hi, Im holding for General Hugs' the voice said.

Millie noticed he was saying hugs instead of Hux and started to giggle slightly at Hux's cluelessness. Hux shot a look of question Millie's way but replied to Poe.

'this is Hux. You and your friends are doomed, we will wipe your filth from the galaxy' he announced.

'okay, I'll hold' the voice said.

'Hello?' Hux asked confused.

'Hello, yup I'm still here' the voice replied.

Millie knew that he was obviously taunting the clueless hux who stood confused.

'can-can he hear me?' Hux asks to one of the staff. The woman nods.

'Hux' the man said, taunting him 'skinny guy, kinda pasty'.

'I can hear you. Can you hear me?' Hux asks.

'look. I can't hold forever.' the man says 'if you reach him tell Leia had a urgent message for him'.

'I think he's tooling with you General' Millie says, walking over to Hux.

'about his mother' the voice said.

'Open fire' Hux shouts angrily.

Suddenly the ship resistance ship accelerated.

'he's going for the dreadnought' Millie commentated

Hux laughed 'he's insane'.

The pilot managed to take out all the forward cannons on the dreadnought. Hux smile faded.

'Open communications to the dreadnought' he shouted.

'communications open' a lieutenant said.

'Captin Kanidy, why aren't you blasting that punny ship?'

'that ship punny ship is too small and to close range. We need to scramble our fighters!' the captain replied.

Hux signalled to turn the communications and he stood with Millie watching the battle ensue, watching the dreadnought explode.

Hux stood there shocked and worried. He looked down at Millie who have him a reassuring smile.

'it will be fine' she whispers.

Hux nods and looks back at the dreadnought.

'Fuck' he mummers under his breath as the resistance ships jump to lightspeed. Hux looked like a lost puppy, his face confused and worried, he was fiddling with his finger with stress.

'general leader Snoke is making contact from his ship.'

Hux put a brave face on 'excellent, I'll take it in my Chambers'

he goes to leave, Millie following clutching her data pad.

Snoke appears in the walkway, his face looking angrily down at Hux.

'General Hux' Snoke muttered.

'ah, good sup-' Hux didn't Finnish his sentence before he was thrown to the floor and was pulled forwards, sliding across the floor.

'my disappointment in your performance cannot be overstated' Snoke growled

'they can't get away supreme leader' He replied, still on the floor, 'we have them tied on the end of a string' .

Snoke nods 'I want to see you in person Hux' he rasps before disappearing.

Millie runs over and helps Hux up. His lip was bleeding from where he fell and he grimaced.

'general' millie said, she had pulled out a handkerchief.

'thank you lieutenant' he mutters bringing it up to his lip and wiping the blood off.

Suddenly Snoke's ship the Supremacy came out of light speed and stopped where the dreadnought once was.

Hux sighed, he looked visibly tired and unwell. He stalked out of the room and to the hanger.

'General, do you want some food before you meet the Supreme leader?' Millie asks as they walked past the cafeteria ((I love the word cafeterias and what is in them, don't judge me

'No, I'm too busy' Hux mumbles, kept on walking.

'sir, with all due respect you need to eat or you will not have the strength to meet with the Supreme leader' Millie replied, with an annoyed tone, she walked up to Hux 'please Armitage, I'm only looking out for your health' she whispered.

'fine' Hux grumbled. They walked into the cafeteria, Millie grabbed two trays for them and they sat down with their food.

Hux looked ashamed, barely eating, picking a the food with his fork.

'let's go' Hux finnaly said.

'but sir you have barely eaten anything' Millie whispered, grabbing his hand under the table and gently squeezing it. He recoiled at first but soon he squeezed back. Hux looked at Millie, she smiled at him.

'it will be fine' she whispered.

Hux nodded and ate some more.

'can we go now?' Hux jokes, saying it like he was a bored child.

Millie raised her eyebrow and crossed her arms, giggling slightly.

'yes' she laughed.

The two stood and left the cafeteria, more colour was in his cheeks now and he looked much more calm.

Walking into the hangar room, they got into the shuttle which waited for them to get to the supremacy.
