Choi Taewoon and Julia Choi were finally buried amidst tears some days after Kwang-su's death. Friends, family, employees, business associates and top ranking government officials were all in attendance to say their last goodbyes to the departed business mogul and his wife. There were a lot of media outlets on ground to cover the event which pulled a massive crowd of the most prominent and influential people in South Korea.
Tears flowed freely as they were committed to the mother earth. Eunseo, Barrister Min-Soo, Chun-Hei and his mother stood beside Cheonjoon and his siblings and comforted them. Cheonjoon was so devastated that tears refused to drop from his eyes. Grace just stood and wept uncontrollably while Cheon-Ha and Soojin watched on, innocently wondering how many times they have to cry over the deaths of their parents.
The burial ended and everyone departed in one and two's as they had come. Chun-Hei offered to stay with him but Cheonjoon asked him not to bother as he had a lot unfinished business to attend to before he went home. Cheonjoon told Eunseo to take Grace, Cheon-Ha and Soojin home so he could attend to his unfinished business.
"I want you to keep a keen eye on them at all times," he told her. "I don't trust too many people."
"I understand young master," Eunseo replied. "I'll do as you have said."
"Please, I'm counting on you. I don't want to bury any of them like I did my parents today."
"You have my word Cheonjoon."
"Thank you. And remember you trust anyone."
"Do you really think you can trust her?" Barrister Min-Soo asked when she had left with his siblings.
"I don't know but I have chosen to trust my guts about her. She appears innocent enough."
"Trust is a luxury you still cannot afford right now. Especially after Kwang-su's brutal death."
"I understand that. Eunseo is the only person who I could ask to watch over my siblings right now. But if she happens to be the compromised one, I hope she thinks nothing about hurting them. I can't be here and there at the same time."
"That's alright. Any news about the result of the autopsy?"
"I'm yet to hear from the medical officer, I'll give him a call first thing when we get back home."
"That's alright. So any positive news from your father's private study as well?"
Cheonjoon sighed. "I haven't found any yet. And I must confess that it's starting to wear me off. There are so many documents there that it will take me several months to go through all of them. I'm afraid that I'll never find anything that point to the killer."
Barrister Min-Soo put one of his arms across his shoulder. "I feel your pain Cheonjoon. And I must tell you that I'm really proud of the efforts you've put into ensuring that the truth regarding your parents' death is establish. I'm doing my best to find anything, anything at all that could help our course."
"What do you think I should do?" he asked, looking up to him expectantly.
"How often have you been going through the documents?"
"I go through them every day. I spend all of my free time there. My good friend Chun-Hei always helps me out whenever he is around. Grace has been volunteering to help, but I prefer she looks after Cheon-Ha and Soojin."
"You need to down a little," he advised. "Take some days off. Cool your head and like I've always told you, trust no one."
Cheonjoon sighed as the effects of what he said sank in.
"...and lastly Cheonjoon," Barrister Min-Soo continued. "Trust your instincts. They will never mislead you."
