I sniffled, still crying after what happened with Jimin and his friends. I realized I was still walking with this random vampire who was holding my hand. I stopped in my tracks letting his hand go. I needed to pause and breathe, I wiped my tears with my sleeve. Why can't I stop crying? I almost died, but this guy saved me, I should be relieved.

I looked up to see the man looking at my weak pathetic figure. He was about to go up to grab my hand again, but I hid It behind my back, "Thank you for saving me, but I want to be alone. Leave." I didn't want to sound harsh, but I needed to process what just happened earlier. But the guy just stood there and kept staring at me.

"Didn't you understand what I just said? Please leave." I tried shooing him away, but he wouldn't budge. His cap was still low on his head, so I couldn't see his entire face. He kept quiet, not responding to me.

"You could've died, right?" He finally spoke making me look back at him.

"I ain't stupid, I know I could've died! They're vampires and I'm a weak human! And you're a vampire too, you aren't different from them either!" That last line left my lips without knowing. I covered my mouth. Fuck I made a mistake by saying that.

He started to laugh. He lifted his hat exposing his face. His eyes that was once black is now beginning to glow red.

I recognize that face. It's that one drunk guy, isn't he Adelaide's brother right? Jungkook.

He moved closer to me, but I started to back up, until my back hit the wall. I mentally cursed at myself for my stupid words that slipped out my mouth. I'm screwed.

He was close enough for my chin to hit his chest. I was mentally shaking.

"Yeah, I'm no different from them. I'm just like every other blood-sucking demon here in this town. We give no mercy and we show no mercy. I'll show no mercy." His big hand grabbed my small wrist tightly bringing it close to his nose, inhaling my scent.

"You smell good... hmm

Let's see if you taste good though..." He opened his mouth ready to take a bite but,

"Then why did you save me?!" I blurted out making him stop his motions. He then dropped my wrist to face me, I was waiting for his answer.

"Because you want to become immortal."

You gave him a confused 'tf' look, but his face was stone cold. He wasn't joking. Am I stupid, I must be. When did I ever say I wanted to become immor-

"I can read your thoughts." He simply said. I got even more confused, I thought each vampire had their own unique power.

"But Adelaide can also read minds too." He turned his head and let out a sigh.

"We're siblings, the power gets passed down for generations." That makes more sense. But wait does he know I've been checking all his friends out this entire time? Does he now realize how pathetic- OMG I SHOULD SHUT UP BECAUSE HE CAN READ MY MIND.

"Then stop thinking and talk to me." I looked up at his eyes. They aren't red anymore. They're really pretty. His dark doe eyes.

I snapped out of my thoughts and I push my way out of Jungkook's grip , "I need to go home, Mrs. Carole is going to worry about me." I began to speed walk to get out of town, but I can hear his faint steps from behind me.

"I don't know if you really want to walk by yourself, this late at night? You won't survive." He slightly yelled making me turn around being annoyed.

"Well what choice do I have? I need to go home NOW. So would you excuse me, I'll be leaving." I simply turned back around just to see Jungkook in front of me.

I shrieked from the sudden jump scare. I hate how they appear out of no where. I rolled my eyes pushing him out of my way. But he continued following me.

Annoyed as I already was, I ignored him and kept walking home having him follow behind me.

I didn't speak a word to him the entire walk home. I was upset, tired, and irritated from today. I felt like passing out.

"If you do, I'll eat you." He interrupted your inner thoughts.

"Can you like shut up!" I gave him a rude expression to make him be quiet, "And stop reading my thoughts." Gosh I can't privacy anymore.

Once I reached the front yard of Mrs. Carole's house I felt relived and happy. But I was tired as hell. I rubbed my eyes and yawned. I knew Jungkook was still behind me, but I ignored him and walked inside the house leaving him staring at my back as I enter.

He stood outside for a couple more minutes, once he saw the light in my room turn off, that was his sign to go on his way.

He vanish away with a grin on his face.

This chapter is a bit short, but I wanted to have a first interaction with Jungkook and Y/n. There will be a ton more interaction and some sexy smut ;) later on!
