This is a good choice, since I'm too scared to walk by myself after work, I'll ride a bike instead. Good thinking, y/n.
I didn't have enough money for a car, so I'll be saving up for that.
I was on my little lunch break from the restaurant. I looked up at store's logo, "Joans Cycle". I saw the 'Open' sign lit up and walked in being excited.
I was immediately greeted by the little boy who was behind the register. I recognized him from the forest.
"Oh miss! It's nice to see you again!" The boy said smiling. I smiled back thinking he was so adorable and cute.
"I didn't expect to see you working here, but I didn't catch your name sweetie." You leaned down to face his level.
"My name is August, and what about you miss?" His eyes were a beautiful hazel brown, I wish I had eyes like those.
"I'm y/n. I have to ask, but are your parents here? I was thinking about buying a bike." He smiled showing his surprisingly white sparkling teeth. Damn I know this kid is gonna be catching girls hearts in the future. I chuckled at his cute baby face.
"Ohhhh my parents are gone doing some quick errands, but they put me in charge for a couple hours. So I can help you!" Here came off his little booster seat and walked around the counter. I was shocked hearing how his parents would leave a kid by himself here, but the kid does seem more responsible than me so o well.
"Are you thinking about any bike specific?" He asked. I had to take a moment and think.
"Hmm, a bike that is light and fast when I pedal." I responded. His cute face made a 'I got it!' expression and I looked at him in awe.
"We have a ton of bikes like that, here, check them out!" He grabbed my hand and led me to the back of the shop. There was a big rack of bikes neatly stacked and next to each other. There is a lot of options, but choose wisely y/n. However, right when you turned your head to look around, your eyes caught a nice colored bike. You can picture yourself riding this every day, it seemed perfect.

"This is it August! I'll take this one." Finally your first time buying something with your own money. You felt proud, but your smile disappeared knowing the reason why you bought it.
August led you back to the register. As you were paying, a tall buff man who had a beard walked in with an axe. His long hair was pulled up into a high man bun. He was drenched in sweat and his big boots left a big mud spot.
"Hey Pops!" August smiled at him. Hmm, his dad had hazel eyes and he somehow looked like a, werewolf.
"Hey kiddo!" He dusted his boots before setting down his axe on the wooden floor. He walked up and saw me. I didn't dare to stare at him because of what Mrs. Carole said about them. I needed to follow the rules she gave me.
"Looks like we have an old visitor." The man said making me look back at him confused by his words. Old visitor? I've been here before?
"Did you perhaps know me from a couple years ago?" You asked curious from his statement. He gave me a simple smile and nodded.
"Back when I was still young and with my pack," so he is a werewolf.
"Your dad used to rent the bikes here and take you and your sister for a ride around the town." He continued. You didn't remember much of the good memories with your family. The only happy memory was just the one picture you have of them, but you wanted to hear more stories about me and my family.
I begin to chuckle, "I don't remember much of them because-"
"They died, I know, everyone in this town knows. They were good people. Even to me and my pack." I can tell that his eyes shown a sad expression. I looked back at August to see his reaction. He looked at me with sorrowful eyes, feeling bad about what happened in the past. I gave him a reassured look that I was okay.
"I know, they were good people." I had to stay strong still, I kept my head up and gave a sincere smile. I can't morn them forever. I then began to wave them a goodbye and headed out the shop with my new bike next to me.
Once I put my helmet on, I looked across the street and saw a familiar figure dressed in black.
Jungkook.
I was weirded out at first. Why is he just staring at me like that and not doing anything? But for some reason, I needed to get away from him now. I shook off the nerves and ignored his gaze on me.
I climbed over my bike and started to make my way back to the restaurant.
