Kagami is giving the annoying cat-boy a very annoying look herself. She couldn't comprehend why he would forfeit against the bug-boy. He may have the odds against him with Shino, but he has no chance of winning now that he's up against Kagami. Kagami sighs, moving from her comfy spot in the viewing box all the way down to the arena, not particularly happy with this change of events. It's like the boy is up to something, like he wants to annoy her.
"I will kill the boy," Kagami whispers quietly to herself as she stands next to Genma so she can get this over and done with.
"Please refrain from doing so, I have other things to be doing rather than cleaning up limbs." Gemna keeps his eyes on the Hokage, just to make sure he doesn't have last-minute orders for the fight.
'Luckily I also stole his enrolment into the exam,'
"Shake hands," The two do as said, Kankuro slightly hesitant to touch the girl. "Step back."
Kagami takes one average step back while Kankuro seems to not be able to get back fast enough, taking multiple short and fast steps away from his opponent.
"Fight!" Kagami, much similar to the preliminary round, disappears from sight completely, frightening Kankuro slightly.
He takes no time to pull out his puppet, his hands itching to grab his scrolls out for extra protection from the girl. The crowd glances around, trying to find the girl within the arena. Little do they know she is sitting right under their noses.
"You know," her voice whispers lightly past his ear, a lightly cut appearing along his cheek. "I was planning in getting this over with quickly,"
Kankuro tightens on his chakra strings, spinning around, looking for the girl. His puppet is not only attacked heavy but also in defence. The only problem with this fight is that he can't see her. Her bare page in the Bingo book didn't have much on her, for one they believe she is a man, of roughly the age of 21 because of her skill and credentials. The Assassin's Shadow is pretty blank apart from that. The only other information being that her victims can't see her, the most that has ever been seen is her shadow. Which, within her Anbu costume, look very unidentifiable. For a while, they believed she was a mutation like many Nin these days, but that was changed later on for unknown reasons,
"But I haven't had fun in a while because of your stupid plan," his eyes go wide as his stomach tears with a light gash from hip to hip.
His puppet is completely intact still, it hasn't taken any damage to itself. She is taunting him, she can do serious damage to him while still dodging his puppet and any advances. Kankuro grunts, coming to realise how much of a one-sided fight he is fighting. He pulls out all stops, the puppet making a few loud noises as poisoned needles and spinning saws protrude from within his puppet. He now knows that they have been caught out, she knows their plan. She suddenly appears on the edge of the crowd, squatting on the barrier wall, her face neutral as always, the events from before not effecting her anymore. She's working, which means she is concentrating. Her mind may have stopped racing through possibilities, but that's only because she has come to a conclusion.
She gets a perfect view of the 'Kazekage' from where she is currently sitting. Meaning she can watch his reaction as his own son is brought to the brink of death. So far, the only reaction he has had is to her movements and when she moves slow enough for the people to see her and not to Kankuro. Meaning two things, one; that is not the Kazekage, two; the Hokage is in immediate danger.
The crowd gasps loudly, giving away her spot. She sighs and jumps off the wall, landing lightly and deciding to give the boy a little bit of a fair fight before she completely demolishes him. But she needs to move quickly.
