hayoung and haru was seated at their usual spot inside the library.
as for baek kyung, he was hiding behind a huge stack of books, eavesdropping.
"so?" haru initiated for her to start talking
"so?" she asked
"so? talk if you wanna talk."
"where should i start?" she asked
"it's up to you."
"should i start from the part where baek kyung looked so good. you know why my heart ached? because he was too good looking! agh!" hayoung exclaimed clenching her chest acting like her heart ached, "it was so hard to breathe, his visuals knocked the air out of me!"
haru stayed unamused. as for baek kyung, he has turned as red as a tomato. he felt very flattered yet flustered at the same time. he was shy.
"you're no fun. you should react with me, but anyways that friend of yours what was his name again? dohwa? yeah dohwa, he's in my class and has been pestering me all morning since he found out i was aware of myself." hayoung huffed
"yeah he can be a little bit too much sometimes." haru shrugged "but he's a great friend."
"he's cute though. do you think he would go for a girl like me?" hayoung asked
"i don't know. he's kinda still hung up on yoo jooda. even if he says he isn't, i know deep inside he still likes her. you can't just unlove or unlike someone overnight." haru answered, baek kyung nodding to himself, he was so into the conversation.
"ugh too bad." hayoung slouched
"i thought baek kyung was the only one for you?" haru asked, judging his sister slightly
"yeah but, isn't it time for me to move on though? you've said that to me a million times already. jinmichae even tried to kill me once just for me to forget about him."
"i remember that. that was a dumb memory." haru pointed out
hayoung laughed, "i know right! that was from love deep, he tried to give me poison, but then baek kyung ended up accidentally spilling the drink!" the siblings laughed together.
love deep? baek kyung thought.
this is why he was eavesdropping. to get more information. he somewhat forgot about that. he was getting into the conversation the siblings were having it was like he was just there for some gossip.
once the siblings leave, he's gonna look for the manhwa love deep. maybe it could trigger some memories. he was dying to know who really is this hayoung girl is and what role she has in baek kyung's life.
