LEXITime moved slowly when you wanted something to come quickly. When you divert your attention from it, it goes by quickly and when you're focused on something, you'd be surprised how just one day seems like an eternity.
He went downstairs to have his breakfast, it was Monday. The weekend went by in a flash, unfortunately for him. He looked around the empty kitchen, his mom had already left for work.
He made his way to the microwave seeing a little note. It read,
"Good morning Lex. I left some breakfast in the microwave for you. I'll be bringing home dinner, our favorite PIZZA!
Have a good day! Love ya! :)"
He smiled at it and opened the microwave and took out his breakfast, some waffles and pancakes. Didn't like the syrup so he mom didn't bother putting on any. He quickly ate and put the placed in the sink then ran out closing the door behind him.
15 minutes later he was in front of the school. He sighed and made his way in, the bell was going to ring in less than five minutes so he had to get his book and go to his first class, English.
