Envy,
it is eating me whole
like a cancer eating my body cells
I saw how my friends’ love turns to them
and I stood in front
smiling in pain
I’ve always wished
a real love
even at this tender age
but I’ve always wanted
to be the perfect daughter
so, I deprived
all of them
even at the mids of
desperation
I dared
to pretend it doesn’t
hurt
even if I’m killing
myself.
