Chapter 25

Mark loosened his grip, letting Sarah turn around to face him. Sarah smiled as she stared at his features. It was nice to finally be able to speak in English again.

"I missed you too." Sarah said, ruffling his hair. He led her towards her bed, taking out his guitar.

"Are you going to play for me?" Sarah asked, taking a seat on his bed. Mark grinned at her.

"I don't know, am I?" Mark said, wiggling his eyebrows before tuning his guitar. Sarah couldn't help but smile as she admired him.

"Ah, don't stare at me like that, it's embarassing." Mark whined. Sarah giggled before covering her face.

"If I don't look at you, then where am I going to look?" Sarah asked. Mark realized how silly his request was, deciding to look down at his guitar instead.

"Fine, don't laugh when I mess up though." Mark said, beginning to play.

Sarah couldn't help but smile at the sound of Mark's sweet voice as he played an sung for her. Once he finished, she clapped her hands, giving him a small applause as Mark wore a sheepish grin.

"Ahh, this is embarrassing." Mark said, putting his guitar aside before putting his hood on, hiding his face. Sarah chuckled before taking his hands.

"No, you were really good. I enjoyed it." Sarah told him. Mark let out a small giggle before taking his hood off, ruffling his hair.

"Whatever you say." Mark said before staring at Sarah. Sarah gulped as she locked eyes with him, feeling exposed. She watched as Mark's eyes travelled from her eyes to her lips as he began to lean closer to her. When she felt his breath hot on her face, she closed her eyes.

Mark gently placed his lips on Sarah's, snaking his arm around her waist as she placed her hands on his chest. The kiss was soft and loving, nothing too aggressive. Sarah buried her face into Mark's chest after he pulled back, feeling embarrassed. Mark let out a small chuckle before running his fingers through her hair.

"Did you miss that?" Mark asked her. Sarah nodded before giving Mark a small smile as she looked up at his face. She watched as Mark's eyes travelled from her to the clock sitting on top of the headboard of his bed.

"It's getting late, we should get some sleep since we have to be up early tomorrow." Mark said, lifting the covers for both of them.

Sarah got comfortable in Mark's bed, hugging his waist as she rested her head on his chest. One of Mark's arms was around her, the other hand laced with hers.

"Goodnight Sarah." Mark said, giving her one last glance before closing his eyes.

"Goodnight Mark." Sarah replied softly, closing her eyes as well.

The sound of Sarah's alarm woke her up. After turning her alarm off, she looked around, taking in her surroundings, remembering that she was now in Korea. Mark was still sleeping peacefully, so she decided that she would wake him up later. She looked at her phone to see messages from Mark's manager, informing her of their plans for the day.

Mark's Manager
Good morning! Today's a busy day for NCT. They have a pre-recording for their year-end show and then rehearsal in the studio after. I would suggest wearing some comfortable shoes while still looking professional.

If you could also have the boys awake by 9, that would be great!

Sarah looked at Mark's clock which read 8:00 am. She had some time to get herself ready so she quietly got out of her bed before making her way to Mark's bathroom.
