Hinata closed the tab he had on his own phone, He had wanted to read a little bit before school started but the link he clicked was getting kinda boring.

With a sigh, he reluctantly pulled his body out of bed. Getting ready for the day ahead of him. Practice was going to be in a bit, so it'd make sense to go head out now.

'That was so boring, that didn't capture the reader's attention whatsoever.' He thought to himself as he got his bag.

Making his way to practice, he pulled out his headphones going to listen to some of his favorite openings.

Just as he was walking, he got an idea for his newest victuuri fan fiction. He quickly unlocked his phone and wrote down the idea with tremendous pride.

Realizing he was getting near, he saved the notes and paused his music. Placing his phone and earphones back into his bag, he hurriedly made his way to the club room to change.

Setting the gym doors aside he realized he'd been a little late with nearly every one of them assembled. He'd apologized profusely before darting towards them.

"Boke, Hinata, Boke! Why're you so late to practice!?" Kageyama shouted.

"Now, now Kageyama, I'm sure he had his reasons." Suga said.

"Thanks Suga-san, I was just up late and overslept is all kageyama." Hinata said.

Angrily grumbling on how hinata was a dumbass, Kageyama stomped away to a stray volleyball picking it up.

"My looks like your sleep's making you shorter shrimp." Tsukishima said.

"Oh, Shut up Stingyshima!" Hinata said.

"Now let's not all fight." Suga had said smiling albeit a little threateningly.

"Yes suga-san.." Hinata mumbled sorry as Tsukishima just gave a 'tch' sound.

They started practice as usual after that, balls traveling in the air here and there.  The sound of leather smacking the floor being apparent as time went on.

It was finally break and they were all resting with the water bottles in their hands, some were sitting while others were scattered around the walls.

"Hey Hinata?" Sugawara called.

Hearing his name, Hinata had turned his head around facing the silver hair of his senpai. "Yes Suga-san?" Hinata asked, curious as to what he wanted.

"You mentioned you were up late, Was something keeping you up?" Suga had asked worry as clear as day in his tone.

"Ah! Oh no it's nothing to worry about, I was just reading later than usual is all." Hinata said with a genuine smile easing the doubts gnawing at Suga's mind.

"Ha, Who knew the shrimp knew how to read, Probably reading fairy tales for kids. Fitting for his appearance." Tsuki said smirking satisfied at his insult.
