Bleary eyed. . .Now coerced with tears falling, He knew he couldn't escape the hard reality of everything.

No matter how much he tried. It was tiring to him. Looking at the sky, so full of color constantly seeking attention.

Watching it go from vibrant shades of multiple hues, to this dull and diluted lifeless gray scale. It was tiring.

He knew it was his fault, but he'll keep on smiling. Especially since one more time, after looking in the mirror as he saw the liquid pouring on his face.

It reminded him so much of him, yet he lost a fragment of his reality from the star like tears now streaming. It was oh so beautiful, yet tragic.

One loves with all their heart. Hearing every beat, both fast and slow, yet it's clearly unrequited. They don't love you back. Knowing it was his fault that he had caught feelings. It hurts.

His mind going back to his thoughts of the two toned hair of the setter, the way he curled up in on himself, his adorable little quirks and habits. He remembered the dreams he had of them together.

They would've been a cute match, sadly the setter's heart belongs to someone. It just wasn't him. "Kenma and Hinata!" so much for that, Now it was just himself.

Looking around him, you could tell he was in his bathroom. Fragments of hair abruptly cut off, and the haphazardly strewn clothes across every surface.

'I thought so wrong this time, didn't I?' Hinata thought as he took an intake of breath, with closed eyes.

Fiercely opening his eyes, he looked back in the mirror. Taking in his messy appearance, he thought it was kind of ironic. How from sweet and bubbly, he went to sad and heartbroken.

He'll endure the pain though, Why? You may ask. But to him, enduring would be the strongest thing to do when you feel you can't do more.

The messy appearance of his hair, the flushed cheeks, the puffy and tired look in his eyes from crying. All of this was a mess on it's own.

The most noticeable thing that he saw however, would be the tears streaming down his face. The tired look in his eyes as brown as a bear, harboring multiple shed and unshed tears alike.

The liquid flow of it, the keen shine, the tear drops shaped like stars, but mostly it was the color. The color was there reminding him of kenma.

The red and black mixed with the hint of gold he saw whenever he looked into his eyes. They were mesmerizing, but also such a pain when you remember why they're there in the first place.

Crying even more, he saw how it all swirled it was all so beautiful. Until it turned everything dull. Everything was gray scale. Nothing stood out to him no more, he saw pain and pity in his eyes.

He's cried so much now, enduring all of it. The tears always tend to fall, his eyes are so so tired. He wanted it to stop.

But he wasn't going to complain, no he wasn't. It was because he got to see the tears that reminded him so much of what made him fall in love.

For him, he'd cry a hundred galaxies and over. If it meant seeing the man he loved one more time, it didn't matter at all how much it took. Just one smile.

Granted he'll never see color the same way again, but he's happy he at least saw something beautiful before it. No matter how pitiful, it was still beautiful.

Thanking the universe again, He wiped his tears away with the hoodie sleeves, he looked at himself and made himself a promise. One he plans to keep up.

"No longer will I sit here and wallow, I'll improve and prioritize myself. And that's a promise I'll never break."

He may have fallen for kenma, but he trusts in himself to devote more to his own being. Especially with volleyball as a part of his life. He doesn't need no one to help him, this is his new start.
