Wheein looked at her phone for the tenth time before Jungkook grabbed it from her hands "I love you Wheeinie but this is not making it any easier for you" Wheein sighed "It's been three days... maybe he's not going to text me" the younger sat next to her and took her hand "believe me, he will. I'm sure there's a good reason why he hasn't texted yet but if he was the one that asked for your number is because he wanted to" she smiled at his friend that always knew how to make her feel better "you're right, as always" she said getting on her feet "let's practice the number one more time" Jungkook bit his lip "actually, I have to go... I have a date with Yoongi tonight, he said it was important so I need to get ready" Wheein was happy for Jungkook, she loved seeing him smile everytime Yoongi was mentioned "Oh my God, of course! don't worry about me, go and spend a great night with your boyfriend" "I will" Jungkook said smiling and hugging his friend.
After he was gone Wheein heard a voice "I didn't knew Jk had a boyfriend" Wheein closed her eyes and sighed before turning to see Yongsun standing in front of her "Yoongi? As in Kalon's Yoongi?" the younger couldn't look at her boss's face, it was difficult trying to cover for Jungkook when she was as much as a friend to Yongsun "you should talk about it with Kookie" was all she could say.
Solar didn't say anything for a few minutes until Wheein looked at her trying to figure it out why wasn't she speaking. The older seemed surprised, but not angry as Wheein expected "Oh my God" Solar said "please tell me Jk is not hiding this from me fearing I would be upset because he works at Kalon?" Wheein furrowed her eyebrows "you're not?" "Of course not! I don't like the owner of the place but I would never be against love, especially not when I love the person as much as I love Jungkook" the younger thought for a moment and then laughed as if she heard the funniest joke "what is it?" the older asked "What's so funny?" Wheein couldn't stop laughing, she laughed so much Solar started laughing too even tho she didn't understand why they were laughing "I was so scared when you asked me, I thought you were going to fire Jungkook. He was so scared of you finding out, too, because he loves working for you and it was all just lack of communication. We have to tell Jungkook" "I know, but let me talk to him ok?" Wheein smiled and nodded "I'm just so happy you're not against them" the older looked down "I'm actually quite offended that you thought so, but anyways I came to tell you there's someone waiting for you outside" Solar said smiling "And if I'm not wrong, Jungkook is not the only one that is interested in someone from across the street" Wheein heard what Solar said and almost ran to the door, she couldn't believe Tae was there looking for her. But she was excited, maybe Jungkook was right, maybe Tae lost her number or his phone. Maybe she was that drunk that she gave him the wrong number, either way it didn't matter because he was outside and waiting for her.
She opened the door and her smile disappeared when she found out Tae was not the one waiting for her, but a girl, Hwasa.
"Hey" Wheein said confused, she had seen her in Kalon but they had never talk to each other "hey" the other replied "you're the one looking for me?" the older asked and the younger smiled "yeah, I'm Hyejin" she offered her hand and Wheein took it "Wheein" she said introducing herself "I know. The reason I'm here is because of Tae" Wheein was more confused, why that girl was there instead of him? was she his girlfriend? "Oh" was all she could say "See, Tae is actually my cousin" something inside Wheein was glad she wasn't his girlfriend "Ok, what can I help you with?" Hyejin's smile was warm and friendly "The thing is... my cousin is really interested in you" "and he sent you here? Why isn't he instead of you?
