South side soc Janessa Pierce goes outside of her comfort zone and starts to meet new people, to be exact greasers, little did she know everything would change and she would fall for one of those greasers.

It was now 7 pm and I had to get home for dinner.
"Bye Cher! bye Marcia!" I said running to the locker rooms
"Bye!!" They both yelled out and I went inside, I changed into my tube top and jeans but I put in my brown cardigan on cause it was getting kinda cold out. I grabbed my phone and called my dad.
"Janessa where are you?" My dad sounded a bit annoyed
"Daddy I just left The game, I'm so sorry for being late, I'm literally running home," And I literally was
"What about your car? I gave you a car for a reason"
"I know but Cherry's boyfriend drove us to school and they are all at the game participating, and I can't hitch hiker cause I could get kidnapped so I'm running home, I'll be there soon, bye!" I hung up and heard this car pull up
"Need a ride?" I looked at who it was and it was Tim Shepard, he's a no good hood, I know that cause he causes a lot of trouble, so does his friends, There is a whole lot of evidence to not trust a shepherd
"No I'm fine"
"Doll where ya headin' ? I'll take ya"
"I can't believe I'm doing this, drop me off at the Dairy Queen on the south side of town"
"Ooo I got me a soc" he smirked
"You're either taking me or I'm falling the cops on you Tim choose one"
"I choose the first one, I just got out, plus I got a girlfriend so I'm not gonna try nothin on you" I got In The car and he started driving
"Thanks"
"Eh not a big deal"

He dropped me off at the Dairy Queen and I started walking home since it was close.
I grabbed my keys and opened the front door.
"I'm home daddy! Sorry for being late!" I ran up to my room to put my cheer stuff there
"Janessa, what are you-"
"Okay who did you want me to meet?" I said catching my breath
"This is my daughter Janessa, Janessa this Juliana and this is her son Jacob and her youngest son Oliver"
"Nice to meet you" I shook her hand and grinned softly
"Wow you are so beautiful in person, you father showed us some pictures around the house and looking at you in person is striking"
"Oh yeah, I was deep shit a few years back, look better now" I mumbled
"Language Nessa" My dad chuckled and sat at the dinner table
"Sorry" I said softly and I sat down in a chair next to Jacob
"So I hear you cheer?" Juliana smiled as she cut her food
"Yeah, my best friend is captain and we thought it would be cool to be on the team together, and it's fun," I nodded and ate my food
"My Jacob here plays all kinds of sports"
"Oh really?" I looked at Jacob
"Yeah, i play basketball, baseball, football, soccer etc" I nodded and he softly chuckled
Jacob had crystal blue eyes and light brown hair, he was very cute, looked kinda like Sodapop but he was different in a way.
"And then Oliver started liking baseball, football and soccer" she said and I nodded
"Athletic boys nice"

We all talked for a while, Juliana was real nice, so was Jacob and Oliver.
"Okay we have something to tell you guys" my dad said making us all focus On him
"We?" I questioned
"Juliana and I are getting married" I jaw dropped
"W-what?" I said
"Say sike" Jacob said
"Really?!" Oliver exclaimed
"We are getting married meaning, Jacob and Oliver are going to be moving in, and the wedding is going to be in a few weeks"
"How long have you two been going out?" Jacob asked
"5 years" Stab in the heart for sure.
"When we moving in?" He asked
"Tomorrow" Juliana smiled, today is just full of surprises

I didn't say much the rest of the night, I didn't like the fact that my dad was replacing my mom.
"We'll see you guys tomorrow, bye honey" Juliana hugged me and left, I grinned and waved at them. Once the door closed I took off the fake acted
"How could you?! You're replacing mom!" I yelled
"No I'm not, your mom would want us to move on"
"5 years dad! You kept this for 5 years! I thought you loved mom but you go off with her!"
"Janessa, of course I love your mother but, I was miserable with out her, I had to move on, I had to find happiness and I did, with Juliana, she has a wonderful family, and shes an amazing person and I think if you give her a chance you can get along with her, you guys were getting along just fine in the beginning, you and Jacob started becoming friends, and now you're step siblings"
"Like that's any better, I thought you we friends but she's gonna be my new mom dad, I can't replace mom like that" I shook my head,
"You aren't replacing her, we are just adding a new member to the family, and your mom is the best women I was with but sadly she passed away and that's just how life is Janessa, it's gonna be a good beginning, plus it's gonna be good for you to have a new mom around, you'll like her a lot," He smiled
"Whatever dad, I'm going to bed, Goodnight" I kissed his cheek and went up to my room. I took a shower and went straight to bed, I just wanted the day to be over.
