3rd Person POV

Midoryia's eyes fluttered open as he looked around the room that he was beginning to get use to. He sat up slowly, rubbing his hands against his temples. He looked across the room to see Aizawa and a skeleton-like man sleeping soundly in the chairs near his bed. Wait no, not a skeleton. Midoryia squinted his eyes as he studied the man.

"All Might...?" The boy asked softly. The sound of the boy's voice jolted the two men awake as they turned to him.

"What did you say kid?" Aizawa said, rubbing his eyes as he yawned. "Sorry, we were asleep."

Midoryia tilted his head slightly to the side, his eyes remaining on the skinny man. "All Might."  The boy seemed more confident with his statement this time.

Aizawa's eyes widened as he pointed to the man next to him. "Y-You remember him?"

Midoryia was hesitant at first before slowly nodding his head. "Young Midoryia, your memories getting better." All Might shouted enthusiastically as he stood up out of his seat.

"My memories? What's wrong with my memories?" Midoryia asked with confusion.

"Hmm, not that much better it would seem." Aizawa stated. He approached the kid, kneeling in front of him.

"Midoryia, what do you remember about All Might in this form?"

Midoryia looked at the ground as he thought to himself. "He can't keep his hero form long because of his injury."

"How did he get the injury?" Aizawa asked, leaning forward on his toes as he remained kneeling in front of the child.

Midoryia tried to rake his brain for the answer but came up blank. "I...don't know."

"Yes you do kid. You just have to try extra hard. Can you do that for me?" Aizawa pushed further. Midoryia looked up at him, confused.

"I-I can't remember."

Aizawa sighed, standing up back on his feet. "Well at least it's a good start." He then turned to All Might. "I will be taking Midoryia with me back to class."

"W-What? But it's too dangerous!" All Might protested. Aizawa put his hand up, motioning for All Might to let him explain.

"You've already been pushing yourself too much this week. I can use my quirk to stop him from doing any damage in class. Besides, he'll need to be around his classmates during this phase of his condition. It might jog some memories."

All Might opened his mouth to argue but decided against it. Aizawa was right. All Might had helped with Midoryia's quirk for now but it was time to go on to the next plan.

"Fine." All Might sighed as he walked to the kid. He rustled Midoryia's hair, causing him to giggle soflty. "Just remember I'm here for you if you need anything."

Midoryia nodded his head as he was helped out of the bed by Aizawa. Almost out of instinct, Aizawa stretched out his hand for Midoryia to take. Most likely from having to watch over Eri as well. Thankfully Mirio had volunteered to take care of her while Aizawa helped Midoryia. The young boy reached for the hand without a second thought and followed Aizawa out the door. He turned to look behind him, waving goodbye to All Might as they exited into the hall. All Might waved back before the door shut, separating them. He sighed softly. He missed having conversation's with his successor everyday. He had grown lonely without Young Midoryia's company.

"Please hurry up and return back to normal already Young Midoryia." All Might mumbled to himself as a tear slipped down his face and fell to the floor.
