Betty's POV

It has been a week since Juliet has been out of the hospital. Jug is going to come today to play with Jules today. She was sleeping when I heard the doorbell rang. Huh, why is he so early. I opened the door, expecting Jughead, but I saw Bret. 'Say one word and your daughter dies'; he said. 'Okay, just don't touch her'; I said. 'If you keep your promise'; he said and I walked out of the house, as a tear slipt out of my eye ( A/N I don't know if I mentioned, but they are staying at a house that Betty has rented). When I stepped inside the car, he said : 'sleep well Elizabeth'. Before I could answer he putted a cloth against my mouth and nose. I just breathed it in and everything went black.

Juliet's POV

I woke up happily because daddy is gonna come today. I walked to mommy's room to wake her up. 'Mommy, wake up'. I looked in her bed, but she isn't there. 'Mommy'; I yelled but I didn't hear anything. I ran downstairs and she is not here. I saw mommy's phone on the floor and picked it up. I went to the telephone drawing and clicked on the first number. After a lot of beeps I heard someone speak. 'Hey Betts what's up'. Daddy! 'Daddy, is that you'; I asked. 'Juliet, yes this is daddy, why do you have your mommy's phone'; daddy asked. 'Mommy isn't home daddy, I'm scared'; I said and started crying. 'Juliet, I'm coming right now, stay where you are and don't open the door for anyone okay'; he said. 'Okay daddy'; I said and started crying.

Jughead's POV

After Juliet said that Betty wasn't home I ran to my car and broke all laws while riding there. When I opened the door, I saw Juliet crying with Betty's phone in her hand on the floor. 'Jules, what happened'; I asked, scooping her pulling her in my lap, sitting on the couch. 'I woke up and ran to mommy's excited, because you are coming, but mommy was not there, I ran downstairs and she wasn't here. I saw her phone on the floor, so I ticked the first number I saw'; she explained as more tears fell from her eyes. 'Oh baby, shhh, we will find mommy, I promise'; I said hiding how worried I actually am. She just cried and I held her like I did with Betty in high school. 'Daddy, what if mommy is hurt'; she asked which broke my heart. 'Juliet, your mommy is one of the strongest person I have ever met, now why don't I tell you a story, whatever you want'; I said hoping she would be a bit happier so I can investigate and drop her of by Veronica and Reggie. 'Can you tell me about how you and mommy became boyfriend and girlfriend'; she asked. 'Sure. It all started when we were investigate a murder, your mother just had a fight with her parents. I climbed on a ladder against her window and knocked on it'; I said smiling at the memory. 'Daddy, you need to tell the rest'; Juliet whined and I looked down looking in her curious blue eyes. 'Sorry Jules, anyways, your mommy opened the door and let me in. I held your mom and calmed her down after her ranting, I looked in her beautiful green eyes and kissed her, that's how we fell in love, but Juliet your mom was sixteen and you can't have a boyfriend until then'; I said looking at her. 'Okay daddy, I promise'; she said. 'Now is it okay if I bring you to auntie Veronica and uncle Reggie so I can look for mommy'; I asked. She looked at me and said: 'okay daddy'. 'First let's get you dressed'; I said and took her upstairs.

'Daddy can I wear this'; she asked picking a pink jumper and blue pants. 'Sure'; I said and helped her get changed. She asked me if I could make a ponytail and I did it. I looked at her and she looked just like her mother. 'Daddy, why are you staring at me'; she asked. 'It's nothing, just you look just as beautiful as your mother'; I said and she blushed. I grabbed her special blanket and she grabbed a Nancy drew book.

'Hey Veronica'; I said. 'Jughead, Juliet, what are you doing here, where's Betty'; she asked. 'Mommy, do you know where mommy is, please tell me mommy's safe'; Juliet said as tears left her eyes again. 'Oh baby come here, I am going to find mommy okay, be a good girl for your auntie and uncle okay'; I asked when I had Jules in my arms. 'Okay daddy'; she said as I putted her down. 'Ronnie, a word outside'; I said as Juliet ran inside to Reggie.

'What is happening Jughead'; she asked. 'Jules called me this morning from Betty's phone saying Betty is missing, she's right, I think something has happened to her'; I said. 'Oh no, jug do you remember that phone call she had when you first saw her, she said that she would hand herself over to Bret and his pussy's as long as they didn't do anything to Juliet, what if he came by and took her with him so that Jules will be safe'; Veronica said and my eyes widened. 'Stay with Juliet, keep her safe, I'm gonna go find Betty and Bret is gonna pay'; I said. 'Okay be safe and bring my bestie home'; Veronica said. 'I will, Jules come here'; I said and she came. 'Yes daddy'; she asked. I crouched on her level and held her hand. 'Baby I'm gonna go safe mommy and bring her home, you need to stay safe and here with auntie V and uncle Reggie, okay'; I said. 'Okay daddy, love you'; she said. 'I love you too'; I said kissing her hair. 'I guess the serpent king is back' I thought smirking sending an emergency message to all the serpents. Bret and his buddy's will be living in hell.....
