Betty's POV

Jughead came running inside with a nurse, both worried. 'Miss Cooper, what's wrong'; she asked. 'My lower part started hurting'; I said, groaning because of the pain. 'Oh, miss Cooper, you lost the baby due to the beating and your lady part needed to be stitched, because this wasn't the first time you were raped'; the nurse said with sympathy. A tear rolled down my face. 'I was pregnant' ( the baby had grown during the coma); I whispered. 'Yes, I'm sorry for your loss miss, I will give you some pain medication'; the nurse said, gave me the medicine and left. 'Jug'; I said when he sat down next to me again. 'Yes Betty'; he responded. 'What would you have done if I stayed pregnant with Chic's child'; I asked. He sighed. 'Betty, I don't care that that baby would've been Chic's, I would have loved him or her just as much as I love Juliet'; he said, grabbing my hands. More tears left my eyes just thinking about it. 'Betts, I will stick by your side until the end of it, be there for you if you have nightmares or ptsd, I will stick by your side'; he said. 'Oh and I don't know if you heard, but Juliet wants to get ice-cream, a dog, oh and another sibling'; he said chuckling. 'Dear god, I don't think I can handle another pregnancy, I almost died giving birth to her'; I said forgetting that I didn't tell Jughead that. 'What, why didn't you tell me'; he asked. I didn't dare to look at him. 'Betty, look at me'; he said, I slowly looked at him and his face looked heartbroken. 'I didn't even know I almost died during the labour, everything was going good, but suddenly the pain became unbearable and they said I needed a c-section or I would die'; I said. I saw that tears left his eyes. 'Jug, say something, please'; I whispered. 'I, I'm sorry, Betts, I need some air'; he said and got up. 'Jug'; I said, but he already left.

Jughead's POV

I couldn't believe it. She almost died before and didn't tell me. I heard her yell after me, but I needed some air. 'Jughead, how is she'; Alice asked as I left the door. 'Did you know she almost died during giving birth to Juliet'; I asked furious that no one told me. 'Yes, I know that, I was there'; she said. 'Betty almost died'; Veronica said. 'Yes, during labour, I need some air, you can go see her'; I said and wanted to walk away, but Archie of all people stopped me. 'What do you want Andrews'; I asked annoyed. 'Look, I know I am the last person you want advise from, but don't act like an ass towards her, after she almost died for the second time'; he said and left. I am going back to her I just need some air. After being outside for a few minutes, it felt like someone was watching me and before I knew it, everything went black.

Betty's POV

Good job Betty, he fucking left you, why do you ruin everything. 'Mommy'; Juliet yelled walking in with V, Reggie, my mom, Kevin, Fangs and mr. Jones. 'Hey Juliet'; I said as she slowly climbed in the bed next to me. 'I missed you mommy'; she said looking at my. I teared up. 'I missed you too Jules, mommy loves you'; I said and hugged her as a few tears left my eye. 'I love you too mommy'; she said. After I pulled away from the hug, I saw everyone else looking at us in awe. 'He left didn't he'; I asked and they all nodded. I scoffed let myself fall back onto the bed. 'God, I ruin everything'; I said. 'Betty no, this is jughead's fault, he needs to be here for you right now, but has too much pride'; mr. Jones said. 'How is Josie'; I asked Kevin. 'She's okay, Archie is with her now until she can leave the hospital'; he said, I just nodded. 'What did I miss'; I asked. 'Well, Jughead lost his mind when Jules called him from your phone, telling him that you weren't home, he called every serpent and we found you as soon as possible, Bret is an real idiot btw'; she said laughing at the last part. I grinned. 'Ms. Cooper, you can leave tomorrow, we just need you here tonight for to monitor, but if there aren't any problems, your free to go'; the nurse said and I nodded.

My phone went off and I saw jughead's name, I quickly answered. 'Juggie, I'm so sorry I didn't tell you sooner'; I started but was interrupted. 'Aww, Juggie, I heard that you had a baby, congratulations Betty'; said a voice I never thought I would hear. 'Donna, where is Jughead'; I asked furious, everyone looked at me. 'Well, after Chic, Charles and Brett were caught and are back at their prison cell's, I called an old friend of mine, Liam and Malachi, do you remember Liam, of course you do'; she said laughing and a tear slipped out of my eye. I looked at the rest of them and made a shush move so they knew they had to keep their mouths shut, I putted my phone on speaker so they could listen. 'Where is Jughead'; I asked again. 'Well, Betty, if you must know, Malachi and his ghoulie buddies including penny brought him here after he left the hospital'; she said and I heard shuffling in the background. 'What do you want and did you kill Hermione Lodge just so that I would come here'; I asked furious. 'Hermione, she was so easy to kill and normally I would've killed Jones, but I already almost did that in high school, do you remember you slut, you saved his ass and kissed his best friend, yeah I helped Brett with the script of the tape, how dare you give your daughter their names while you betrayed them, I wish you weren't pregnant, then we didn't have to worry about you because you would've done the deed yourself'; she said laughing. More tears left my eyes. 'Well now that she has godparents and a father, I am willing to go that far'; I said. 'Aww, how cute, I always wished Jones would've dumped your ass so that we could bang, but oh well'; she said. 'What do you want me to do'; I asked. 'Well..'; she started but I heard Jughead scream. 'Betty, don't agree to anything she says, Jules needs you more'; he screamed. 'Juggie no, I saved your life once, I sure as hell would do it again, what do you want SWEETT'; I screamed. 'Come to the ghoulies hangout, alone, I know that you can leave the hospital tomorrow, so come at midnight tomorrow, we will let Juggie free and you will stay with us, being tortured for the rest of your miserable life'; she said laughing more. 'Noooo, Betty don't; Jughead started but I interrupted. 'Deal'.
