Maya looked nervously at the screen in front of her as she and Josh were there for their first baby appointment making both of them nervous.
"Is this the first child?" the doctor asked and Maya nod.
"Well you are doing good considering that it is the first child. You are twelve weeks. I don't see anything that I need to worry about neither for you guys. Have you experienced any symptoms?" she asked.
"Very bad nausea and I've been feeling tired a lot," Maya said.
"Any history of previous births or struggles in your family?"
"I was born two months early and my mom lost a baby two years ago," Maya said.
"Okay."
