You can read it as a Standalone.
✒️ Shin-seul is a dear and longtime friend of Jungkook, the idol.
❛ "Wooo. Does that annoys you? Good, so maybe you can channel some of that frustration into the fight... Ko...
Days after that night are slow and boring for Shin. Jungkook is never at the house, and if he drops by is only for a moment and to grab something from his room. Which he usually does when Shin is attending classes at uni. And so, they never meet.
She knows of him passing by though, because of the Kookie-handmade meals she finds in the fridge. Jungkook knows otherwise she would live off of pre-made and store-bought meals.
And every time Shin gets home from an exhausting day of economics classes, her mood is instantly improved by the prooves of his friend's kindness. A warm sensation hugs her heart, hindered only by the thought of not being able to see him. She's not conscious of it, but when Shin sees his gorgeous face and his contagious sweet smile, it's like a battery charge. Full power, instant 100%.
Their last gazing moment still replays in her mind as trying to read the unspoken words she thought she saw in his deep eyes, trying to understand the silent meaning of it. But she isn't sure there even is something.
What she knows is that now Jungkook is away and she feels lonely.
•3rd of August 2019•
Later that week on Saturday, Shin-seul is strolling towards the kitchen with the solid idea to make herself pancakes for brunch. Unfortunately, her skills in the kitchen are truly close to none. She wastes way too many eggs in the process, and the final product is disastrous, to say the least.
Shin-seul grumpily discards everything, mumbling curses to Jungkook who's not in the apartment to help her. Although she knows he must be super busy being the concert in a week from today.
Sighing loudly, she abandons every hope of eating deliciously fluffy mouthwatering syrupy pancakes, opting for the usual iced latte. Only thing she knows how to use: the barista coffee machine. Because coffee, well, does she need to explain?!
Meanwhile the strong Arabica aroma fills the air, she glances at her long shirt dress noticing the mess she splattered on herself... Flour powder, droplets of milk, stains of eggs...
Huffing, she quickly heads to the laundry room to leave the dirty clothes, and a piece of dark blue silk draws her attention.

It's one of Jungkook's hanbok.
Perfect. She can't think of anything better to wear during this hot day of August. Tugging it away from the hanger, she slips inside of it. The fresh material flows around her forms impeccable and soft, covering her B-side with perfect length.
As soon as the traditional shirt is around her body, she welcomes the familiar scent of Jungkook's clean clothes. And with a silly smile stamped on her face she returns to her latte.
Shin sits tranquil on the sofa sipping her drink as a warm but nice breeze enters the wide living space from the window. Eagerly tapping on the remote to choose which drama to watch, her smartphone vibrates and beeps multiple times consecutively.
