After visiting her family house, Shin-seul hasn't spoken to her mom yet. She phoned her dad a couple of days later and they talked.
Jungkook doesn't know the specifics of their conversation, he only knows Shin made sure to let her dad know she would stay away from the house for some time and that she signed up for a course in decorative arts. She also promised she would continue university.
She remained vague on what she talked with him about her mom, but Jungkook could gather she didn't left any word, or thought, unspoken.
It's now mid-week and Jungkook was able to get back to the apartment although the great amount of work and preparations for the concert. He also managed to get a staff-pass ticket for Shin-seul as promised.
Shin is excited for the concert at the Lotte Family center and is over the moon for having him back at the apartment, even if it's for one evening only.
After having dinner, they spend the rest of their time together watching a movie. Or at least, that's what Shin is attempting to focus her mind on.
Because since when Jungkook stood up to her mother, Shin knows things have changed. She isn't sure if it happened at that precise moment, or if it has been more of a slow process. Nevertheless, tonight she's having a hard time concentrating on the film instead of the man snuggled on the sofa next to her.
Her hands never cease to move from one spot to another, or her fingers to tap on the sofa or twirl her hair.
She feels hot. And it's not only because of the normal temperatures of August, but most certainly because of... well... because of just him. She is trying really, really hard not to peek at the man's chest tugging to his t-shirt imprinting taut pecs on the cotton.

Her stomach drops multiple times because of the visions her mind is fabricating.
It's going to be a long movie night... She acknowledges.
Later, past midnight, Jungkook says his goodbyes and returns to the apartment with his hyungs, agreeing with her they would be going to see each other the day of the concert, the coming Sunday.

Sunday arrives, and Shin-seul has finally reached her spot before the stage, slightly to the right. She is amongst the fans, even with the staff-pass, because that's for later and it will allow her to enter the backstage when the guys will leave at the end of the event.
All around her stand excited fans, prepared from head to toe to show love and support to their favourite group.
Shin-seul is feeling slightly unprepared but Jungkook told her many times he doesn't care if she's a fan or not, having her as a friend is what matters the most.
