XXI:TWENTY-ONE - His Confusion

Jeongyeon is so problematic. Day by day she feels more problematic. The fact that she cause pain to the man she loves breaks her heart. No matter how much she wants to give him what he wants, her heart just can't.

One night, she decided to free herself temporarily. She wants to let out everything. Midnight, she made sure that Jimin was asleep. She snuck out of her room and went to the garage. She drove her car to the supermarket. She bought ten bottles of soju then after, she went back home.

She sat on the edge of the pool with the bottles beside her. She opened one bottle and drank. She knows that it is unhealthy for the heart but, Just this once. She needs them. She opened one and gulped a lot of soju. She felt amazing and free drinking the soju. Just this once, she gave herself the temporary problem-free time for herself.

She drank and drowned herself in alcohol. Slowly she starts to be unlike herself, she is possessed by alcohol. Just then, she moved her activity in their karaoke room. It is barely used. It was sound proof, a proper place to let go and be free. She increased the volume of the music to max level and she drank her alcohol while dancing and jumping around all by herself.

She never felt so free before, everyday she set barriers and rules for herself but, this time, she broke those barriers and disobeyed those rules like it did not exist.

Jimin was amazed to see Jeongyeon's twin, Giselle. They shook hands and then the scene vanished

Jimin was having a date with someone, it was not Jeongyeon, it was Giselle. He kept on speaking of Jeongyeon them the scene vanished.

This time Jimin was saving Jeongyeon and he was so desperate. Giselle came and saw them both then the scene vanished.

He kissed Jeongyeon and then her twin was standing by the door crying.

Then he woke up after dreaming. He stood up and held his chest, he felt his breathing and his heartbeat. He was sweating despite having a cold room because of the Air Conditioner.

He cannot understand what was his dream. It was so new but, he recognized a lot of them. The part where he kissed Jeongyeon flashed in his mind before when he just kissed her recently when he confessed.

When he first met Jeongyeon in the emergency and he was saving her after having  heart attack, the scene where he saved Jeongyeon in her office after the incident with the security guard flashed in his mind at that time too.

He then remembered, he found Jeongyeon very familiar the day he saw her in the hospital.
The feeling of knowing the person your whole life although he only met her.

The way he felt attached to her immediately. Jeongyeon's lips was the lips he kissed in his dream, the fact that he felt the familiarity at that time when he confessed. But he couldn't understand anything related to Giselle. He never met her, he just knew her in pictures he saw in the house.

He was confused and his head is aching. All things came to him like a flood and he doesn't know why. He thinks that maybe it is just a simple dream created by his imaginations or maybe it is really connected to his past and its very crucial. If it was connected to his past then, he must find his answers.

When he tilted his head, he saw that Jeongyeon was no longer in the room. He opened the bathroom but, she was also not there. So, he decided to go down and still she was no where. Just then he went to see the karaoke room.

When he opened the door, he was shocked to see Jeongyeon drinking and dancing. He immediately got worried because he noticed that she already drank six bottles. He went to her

"Jeongyeon! What are you doing?" he asked

The music was so loud, he felt like his ear drums are being destroyed. Jeongyeon just continued what she was doing, she did not hear him, she was enjoying herself.
