LVIII:FIFTY-EIGHT - Their Unexpected Colleague

After another week, the association ventured on their new program. This time it was in the isolated places by the mountains. A lot of families are living there. They brought medicine, school materials, food and other donations for the people.

This time, the younger ones weren't included. Amaya and her younger aunties, Mina and the others weren't tagged along. The destination is a bit far and difficult to travel to and as much as they want to bring them as well, they cannot, it will be too risky and hard for them to. Jeongyeon just convinced Amaya that this is the perfect time for her and her Uncle Carlo to bond while she is away.

Jeongyeon, Jimin, Yoongi, Nayeon, Jihyo, Momo and Sana travelled along with the other members through the rough road. They were like hiking in the mountains.

"Hurry up unnie! All this time I thought you were a bunny but why are you so slow like a turtle?" Jihyo joked

They laughed at Jihyo's joke. Nayeon was a slow poke in climbing the mountains.

"Hahaha, Nabong. Nabong." Jeongyeon hummed

"Nabong hurry up!" Jimin called out

She wiped her sweat and placed her hands on her waist.

"Don't you know that this is a hard thing to do? How can you do this with ease?" she complained and then sat on a rock

"My legs are tired and my feet are aching." she said and then started to massage her legs.

"Nabong! C'mon! We're almost there. I can give you a piggyback ride if you want" Yoongi said

Nayeon's face then lit up.

"Jinjja?" she asked brightly

"Yep." Yoongi  said and then lowered himself.

"Woohoo!" Nayeon cheered and jumped on Yoongi

Yoongi gave her a piggyback ride and Nayeon was so happy.

"Yoongi oppa is the best!" Yoongi then walked carrying Nayeon

Jeongyeon was slowing down, she felt tired. She drank water but then, her tumbler ran out of water. She kept her tumbler in her bag and took a rest for a while. She took deep breaths and wipes her sweat from her face.

Jimin noticed that she was tired so he walked back to her

"Are you okay?" he asked

Jeongyeon smiled

"Yes I'm fine." she answered

"I just uh ran out of water." she said

"But its okay, I'll have more later." she continued and started to walk but Jimin held her arm

"what?"

Jimin got his tumbler which is still filled with water and offered it to Jeongyeon

"Here you can have mine." he said

Jeongyeon was hesitant. She did feel thirsty but it was his, she thought that he needs water as well.

"A-ani, you need that. I'll just get more when we get there. And besides that's your" she said

"Don't worry about me. You need it more than I do." he said

"Are you sure?" she asked

He smiled and nodded.

Jeongyeon then got his tumbler and drank from it. She gulped a lot of water, maybe finished half of the bottle. Jimin chuckled
