I opened the door and flopped on the couch as soon as I got home. Jin came into the living room a few minutes later. 

"Y/n? What happened?" he said, looking over me worriedly. 

"He didn't show up," I said into the pillow under my face. 

"Oh... I'm sorry, honey," he said, rubbing on my back comfortingly. "Oh God, you're freezing!"

I gave him the stank eye.

"My fault," he smiled apologizing. "I'll run you a hot bath."

He got up and did just that, he ran me a hot bath that did miracles. 

"Thanks," I said as he handed me a hot cup of tea. 

"No problem..." he said, sitting on the table in front of me. "So what happened?"

"Um nothing really, just something came up with him..." I said as I took a sip of the tea and coughed. The tea was hot.

"Oh, I'm sorry." He drank from his.

"It's fine," I smiled. "Did you make some food?" 

"Yeah, I made fried rice. Want some?" he asked.

"Yeah!" I said, nodding fast while smiling.

He smiled as well. "Alright, I'll get you some." 

He got up and gave me what I thought was the best meal of my life.

I entered the hell hol- oh, I'm sorry I mean school (my mistake ^w^), and everything seemed normal. I entered the cafeteria to get breakfast and noticed something I thought was strange. Yoongi... was sitting on a different table. Laughing. And smiling. 

But that wasn't the weirdest part. I saw him with his arm around a girl, and that girl happened to be hell in it's human form. Kang Minji. His ex.

I was visibly confused. Is that why he didn't show up yesterday? I asked myself. I decided I didn't want to see that any more, and went to the bathroom. 

There I stayed, watching Netflix for a while, until I heard the door open and a few girls entering. They were giggling and laughing and talking nonsense about others, which is why I didn't pay attention and continued watching Netflix with my earbuds on. But something caught my attention and made me pause the movie.

"So what's up with you and Yoongi?" One of the girls giggled. 

"Oh nothing just..." she trailed off. 

"You're smiling~!" one of them let out and they all giggled and laughed. 

"Okay okay so... yesterday I came over and... things happened... and now we're dating again," she said innocently. I could hear her smile.

"Ooooh, things happened, huh?" one of them said and they giggled and laughed again. 

I didn't know what to think or even do in this situation. 

"No but for real though," one of them stared. "Why did you get back with him?" 

"Because," her sickening voice said. "He's popular... and hot. He's a sweet guy and all but I wouldn't get back with him if he wasn't that popular. I don't even like him." They all laughed once again. 

Ugh, just leave. I thought. I put the volume on maximum and went back to watching my movie, not wanting to hear one more word. Not wanting to feel one more thing.

All day, I tried to avoid him. On all the classes I had with him, I tried to not look over at him at all and once the bell rung and the class was dismissed, I was the first one out the door. But it was inevitable to avoid him in science, where we had to work on a project together. 

"Hey, is everything alright?" he asked as he looked over at me, who was going through the papers. 

"Um yeah, why do you ask?" I said, not looking up at him.

"It's just... you haven't talked to me all day so." He shrugged. 

"Everything's fine..." I said, weakly but I said it.

I think he believed it because he stopped talking then, and instead we focused on working on the project.

I didn't know how to bring everything up. That I felt sad when he basically stood me up. That later I had to find out he was back to his ex and that was the reason why. That she had basically admitted she didn't like him. That she just liked the fact he was popular and hot. Oh and how can I miss it. That I like him.
