Izuku's POV
It's been 1 month since Kiyo and Riku have been born and we just left the hospital with the twins.Its been a handful especially since Shoto is working, leaving me at home with the twins.
"I'm heading out, are you sure that you don't need me to stay and help?"Shoto asked worry written all over his face.
"No..no, just go, you need to work while I'm on maternity leave."I said pushing him to the door.
"Okay...just call me if you need anything."I nodded as I shut Shoto out forcing him to go to work.I sighed before hearing loud crying.I ran over to the babies cribs, looking to see which one was crying, and again it was Kiyo.I hushed Kiyo as I picked him up, feeding him and changing his diaper.Riku looked upset at Kiyo's crying because the next thing I know Riku's yelling.I rush around hushing Riku while Kiyo rests.I sigh as they both quiet down, the phone rings and I run over to it.
"Hello?"I ask in to the phone.
"Hey Midoriya,"Kirishima said and I could hear his grin from the phone.
"Hey, what's up?"I asked
"...Guess what?...I'm pregnant!!"He said excitement rushing through his voice.
"Really!?!Dose Bakugo know?!"I asked in shock.
"Yeah, I told him yesterday,"
"How far along are you?"I asked excitedly.
"A month or 2...hey how are the kids?"he asked
"Well right now there asleep but who knows how long that will last,"I say sighing tiredly.
"Haha, one of these we need to go out have some fun, get you drunk,"He said
"You know that you can't get drunk while your pregnant, right?"I ask hoping he wasn't thinking otherwise.
"I know!Thats why your getting drunk for the both of us!!"he smirks.
"Um...okay I geuss...well let's plan something soon.."I say before the familiar crying plays out."I have to go, duty calls,"I chuckle
"Yeah, bye,"Kirishima says with a laugh
"Bye,"

That night

"I'm home!"Shoto announces as I finish cooking.
"Hey welcome home!!"I yell back as I serve the food.
"Mmm~smells delicious, I miss your cooking,"Shoto says as he hugs me from behind.I look back and smile up at him, I kiss him before looking back at the food.
"Let's eat!!"I say as I hand him his plate.We head to the table and start eating.
"How have the kids been doing?"Shoto asked as he scooped up some vegetables, eating them with a delightful expression.
"Kiyo cries every time he needs something whether it be milk, or needing attention, but Riku is almost always quiet except for when Kiyo is crying, he starts yelling and looking upset, the only thing that helps is him realizing that Kiyo isn't crying anymore.Its like a guessing game with when he needs something though,"I explain and Shoto nods before laughing.
"Guess their personalities are coming through fairly easily.Oh yeah I took off work tomorrow, the twins have a soctors appointment, it's time for their test,"Shoto says and I tense up, the 'test' he's referring to is the test that confirms which class they are omega, alpha, or beta."Izuku no matter what class they are I'll stay with you, always, no matter what,"Shoto says and the tears spill out.
"Thank you,"I say, giving him a small smile.
"Oh yeah another thing, my mother wants to meet them,"Shoto says and I gap.
"Your mother!!!When?!!!Why?!!!"
"She's coming over tommorow an hour after the appointment, and why I have no idea,"Shoto says with a shrug.I sigh before smirking.
"Any other surprises?"I joke.
"I don't know about surprises but... I'm up for any special alone time,"Shoto smirks.I laugh before leading him to the couch.He kisses me about to slide his hand down when...crying.We sigh before laughing.
"Kiyo?"
"Yep,"
//Tomorrow//

We drove to the doctors appointment in silence, and once we got there it took us a moment before we got out carrying the babies inside.
"Good morning,"The doctor said as we walked into his office.
"Good morning,"We both say as we sit down with the babies.
"We'll be conducting 3 tests today the 2 tests results will be in shortly and the 3rd in a week or two, that one will be a blood test."the doctor explains."For the class test we'll be giving the children toys see what they do with them, depending on what they do will show us what class they are,"The doctor says as we nod."Now please come with me,"the doctor says leading us to a white room with carpet and colorful toys and such.He takes Kiyo and puts 3 toys down; a teddy bear, a small car, and a doll.Kiyo picks up the teddy bear and crawls with it to a table.The doctor wrote on a clipboard, and nodded.He then took Kiyo and put down;a tea cup, and a brush.Kiyo took the tea cup and played with the bear giving it the tea cup so it could drink imaginary tea.I smiled.

"Yeah he is,"Shoto said wrapping his arm around me.The doctor continued taking notes before giving us Kiyo and taking Riku letting him chose between the three things also;the bear, the car, or the doll.He took the doll, holding it close to his chest.Again the doctor let him chose;the tea cup, or the brush.He choose the brush and started brushing the dolls hair.The doctor wrote again on the clipboard.

"Okay I have the results,"the doctor announced.
"That was fast,"I said with a smile, but it quickly turned into a frown once I saw the doctor grimace.I looked at Shoto who frowned.We took the twins and went back to the doctor's office.The doctor looked at us with disappointment.
"Could you tell us the results?"I asked and he nodded.
"Riku, he is an alpha...but Kiyo...he's an omega,"I gasped, but Shoto looked pissed.
"What's up with that tone?!Huh!?"Shoto growled.
"What!?Do you not honk it's disgusting!!?"I shivered.
"Say that again,"Shoto said before grabbing the doctor's collar
"My mate is a fucking omega!!"Shoto yelled gesturing to me.The doctor looked horrified.
"..I-I...I didn't know...I thought...thought that they belonged to someone else...!!"The doctor said revealing his thoughts.
"Beta...who told you that it's good to assume who my fucking mate!!!"Shoto yelled.The doctor squealed.
"Shoto please,"I said holding the kids who are looking as horrified as the doctor is.Shoto looked back his eyes bright red.He frowned, before pushing the doctor to the side, standing next to me.
"Get the rest of the tests done before I fucking punch you,"Shoto said but in control.The doctor finished and we let him off, of course agreeing to never go to him again.We rode back home to then realize a white car was there.Shoto faced palmed.
"Fuck, I forgot, my mother..."he said and I sighed.
"Shoto!!"She yelled waving at us as we got out the car.
"Hey mom,"he said as I picked up the twins from their car seats.
"Oh, these must be the twins!!"She said as she ran over to me."Let's go inside so we can get introduced,"She said as she skipped over to the door.We walked in and went to the living room."This is a nice house you have Shoto, Izuku, now please introduce me to the twins,"She said with excitement lacing her voice.
"This is Kiyo and this is Riku,"I said, and she walked over and she picked up Kiyo.
"Oh this one is very submissive, quite dependent on others,"She said clearly reading his pheromones like she did ours when I first met her."Oh but...Riku was it?"We nodded before she continued."He is very protective, very independent, could be a great leader, fairly dominant,"She said as she closed her eyes."They balance each other very well."She said making us smile."Almost like you two, but that dose make sense you two have been together for years,"she said and we smiled again.
"Though the analogy I would use now is that you both are like the yin and yang symbol like that very balanced,"She said with a smile.
"Not again with you analogies!!!"
