Todoroki's POV
"Izu, I know what your feeling, we are connected with this mate bond, so please tell me what's going on?"I asked as Izuku strayed away from me as we stood in the kitchen.
"I...I need time away...away from everything...so...so could we...we stay at Aizawa's and Mic's house for a bit,"He asked and I felt a chill of fear rush over me, and it wasn't my own.
"Anything that will help make you feel comfortable, love.So when?"I asked as Izuku hugged me burying his face in my shirt.
"Tomorrow would be nice,"He said his voice muffled under the fabric.
"Okay, we'll start packing now, then we can call them and announce are arrival,"I said and Izuku nodded.Ever since what happened Izuku's been distant and I can tell he isn't in a good headspace.He's frightened and the adrenaline kicking on overdrive, he's having nightmares and frights, his wolf's instincts clear as day and easily provoked.At some point he stopped leaving the house at all."Izuku I support any and all of your decisions, so if you need space away from the kids then..!"I started to say but Izuku didn't have it.
"No, no I don't want to be away from the kids...I want to be away from this place for a bit is all,"He said and my heart aches when he said 'this place' instead of home.Separation is going to heal these unseeable wounds, that's the only way he can be free from what happened.

//Next day//
The next day we went to Aizawa and Mic's house taking anything we would need for about a week's time.I knocked on the door as the kids shuffled around excitedly, to be able to stay over at Aizawa and Mic's house like this is very rare especially since we're staying for so long.
"IZUU!!!KIYOOOO!!!RIKUUUU!!!"Mic screamed in pure delight at the sight of us as he tried hugging them realizing a couple trips back that trying to tackle Izuku and the kids would get him in deep trouble.
"Hello Granpa Mic, and Grandpa Aizawa,"The kids say in unison, greeting both of them.
"Really when did you agreed for them to call us grandpas were not that old.."Aizawa complained but really he always complains.
"Aizawa...your like more than twice there age...your old."I said making Izuku laugh as Aizawa frowned with annoyance.They welcomed us in and sat us down on the couch.
"Anyone want something to drink,"Aizawa asked and almost everyone raised there hands, including Rei who popped in, out of nowhere.
"I'll help you,"I volunteered, and Aizawa nodded and I could tell he wanted to talk to me when we walked into the kitchen.
"What is it?You guys never stay more than a couple hours every so often, now, what?Your staying for almost a week, what's going on?"Aizawa asked as I watched everyone playing around, Izuku laughing, smiling but I could tell those aren't his true feelings, not for long anyway."Shoto, is it Izuku?"Aizawa asked and I nodded.
"Remember when we told you about the people who came into our house and threatened us?"I asked and Aizawa nodded."Well...ever since then...Izuku hasn't been himself...he seems...scared...paranoid...unable to stop being with kids even for a couple minutes..."I explain and Aizawa cuts me off.
"He's protective of them...like any omega parent can be.But there are the parents that avoid, or the parents that protect...fortunately we should favor that he's protecting them instead but this still dose effect him...his omega's instincts have made him permanently in that mode of protectiveness that he can't see through to what is and isn't dangerous..."Aizawa explains and I frown.
"Then what can we do?"I ask as we start pouring lemonade into 5 cups, an extra 2 for the both of us.
"Give him some time...make the boundaries of what he can tolerate, flex and bend so he doesn't get too over protective next time something bad happens,"Aizawa says as we walk over to the group.We walk over and Izuku looks at us and gives us a small smile before taking his cup as well as handing the twins there smaller cups.How could I help Izuku get over this?How will I?Maybe we could comfort him?

And at that when all the kids were asleep Mic and Aizawa comforted Izuku and I could feel his mood lighten.He looked over at me and gave me a real smile...real enough to outshine the sun.

Please Izuku please, be the person you should be and control your parental instincts.For you and the kids!!
