Chapter 12: Mystery?

NEXT DAY
Charlotte's POV

When I woke up, empty beds awakened me. I felt alone again... I went to Christine and Lian's dorm. It was Maica who opened the door so I asked her where Chris and Lian went. "They went to the mall. Didn't they text you?" she answered in a neutral tone. It wasn't happy nor angry, I don't personally know her but I can tell she's the cool type person.

So I went back to the dorm and changed into a red puff sleeve paired with black skinny pants and a pair of boots along with a red quilted shoulder bad and a beaded hair clip. No make up needed. ♡

As I exited the girls dormitory I noticed 2 students entering the boys dormitory along with a crate. I mean.. i'm not stupid so those crate probably have guns or drugs. But why? I don't know what has gotten into me but I silently followed them. Mabuti naman at sunday ngayon, kaya wlang masyadong tao.

Habang pa akyat sila sa 2nd floor, naghintay muna ako ng ilang minuto saka umakyat nah. Nuong nasa 2nd floor nah ako, nawala ang dalawang studyante. I looked around the 2nd floor then.. I saw a door about to be opened so I went in the door located in my right.

Pagpasok ko I saw Rye and Lincoln who are NOT WEARING SHIRTS, I mean WOW sanaol may abs. I got back to my sane mind and quickly covered my eyes and turned around. "What the hell are you doing here Henderson?" tanong sa akin ni Rye. "Sorry!!" I answered with my eyes still covered and my back facing them. "Are you a pervert?" dagdag pah niyang tanong. Even if I can't see him, alam kong naka smirk siya!! "Hoy!! Hindi noh."

"What are you doing here Charlotte?" boses naman ni Lincoln ang narinig ko. "Uhmm... naligaw??" I answered with uncertainty in my voice. "You can open your eyes now, naka shirts na kami." Lincoln informed me. "Phew.. grabi naman kayo, bakit hindi kayo naka tshirt?" "Wow Henderson, ikaw tong bigla nalang pumapasok ng room ng mga lalaki." I just gave them a shy smile and quickly went for the door but Licoln grab my arm. "Gotta go byeee." I excused and ran away from the boys dormitory. Well.. ran away from those hot boys.. i mean boys, yes they're just normal boys not hot at all right self??

Haystt bahala nanga yong crate at yong mga estudyanteng yon. Basta NEVER nah akong papasok uli sa boys dormitory. Nang papalabas ako ng gate I saw Sekhmet without her mask on and just got off from a motorcycle. She seems so happy with the person she's with. Nang maka alis nah ang motor, her smile dissapeared as quick as lightning.

"Sekhmet okay ka lang?" I asked which made her eyes go wide. She then quickly smiled and said "Yeah, ofcouse." and continued walking toward the school. Okay, that was a bit.. off. Maybe she also has problems she's dealing with, just like me. I took out my phone and texted Christine that i'll be joining them to the mall.

I got into a taxi and said "Sa mall po kuya." while still waiting for a reply. Just a minute later, Chris texted "okiii". I then started thinking about the crate earlier and Sekhmet's behavior. Not to mention Luke.. who I haven't seen for days. Not like I want to.. but I just thought that.. what if I listened to his explanation? Would it change anything?

The car stopped and when I looked outside the window nasa mall nah pala ako. Was I too occupied by my thoughts, I lost track of time? "120 po miss." "Ito po kuya." I answered and gave him the money. Pagbaba ko ng taxi I called Christine and asked them where they were, and went there.

Fastforward to 7 pm

Pagkatapos naming gumala sa mall, namili ng mga damit at kumain narin ng dinner, sumakay nah kami ng taxi at bumalik na sa school. Nang makarating kami sa may gate I noticed a guy from the other side of the road nah nakaupo sa sahig at nahihirapan tumayo. I gave my shopping bag to Chris and Lian and told them "Mauna nah kayo, paki lagay nakang toh sa room ko. I'm sure dumating na rin sina Kishly and Rezelle." "No problem/Sure." sagot naman nila.

I went to the guy to offer help, but I noticed his shirt is full of blood.  "Is this crime related?? Who do I call? The ambulance or yong clinic?" I asked, paniced. But the guy suddenly collapsed, so I just took out my phone and hurridly called the clinic. "Hello, what's your emergency?" "I'm infront of the scho-" i couldn't continue because someone smashed my head with a rock causing my self to get dizzy and crash into the ground. I saw a guy approaching and he started shooting at the man in black. That was the last thing I saw before everything went black.
