Wedding Date(s) - MingKit

3rd POV.

A normal dinner in the Intochar house was always full of fights and laughter. Today's dinner was normal... with a little extra tension. Nine, the youngest child in the Intochar family, had just announced to his parents and an older brother that he was engaged and planned to get married at the end of the month. His older brother, Kit, just started laughing hearing that Nine was engaged. 

"What idiot wants to marry you?" Kit asked and Nine punched Kit's shoulder. 

"His name is Joong. He's an engineering major," Nine said. 

Mr. and Mrs. Intochar looked at their youngest son in shock, but they were happy for him. 

"When can we meet him?" Mrs. Intochar asked and Nine shrugged. 

"Maybe next week? He's pretty busy with Sotus activities. All the freshmen barely have any free time because of it," Nine said and Kit nodded along - agreeing. 

"Kit. You're older than Nine. When do you plan on getting married?" Mr. Intochar asked and Kit shrugged his shoulders. 

"I haven't had a lover since high school. I highly doubt I'll get married any time soon," Kit said and felt his anxiety creeping up slowly. 

He's always hated these topics, they cause him to spiral in a never-ending world of anxiety and stress. The topic was dropped once Kit went silent, the rest of the family didn't want to trigger anything that would hurt him. 

After dinner, the two brothers made their way to their room and got ready for bed and to finish homework. 

"You should bring a date though, it'd help you feel less lonely. I know how much you hate big-gatherings," Nine said and Kit said that he would think about it. 

He's got less than three weeks to find someone to be his 'date'.
