3rd POV.
"Kitty, it's been a year. Can I please go out alone for once?" Ming whined while waiting for Kit to tie his shoes.
"I'm just scared you'll get hurt again...." Kit pouted and stoped tying his shoes.
Ming sighed and walked over to the bed where Kit was sitting. He sat beside the smaller and hugged him.
"Kit, I'm ok. Those people are in jail, we've moved to the other side of the city - hell we all even moved schools. I'll be ok on my own for a couple hours. I'll even bring Forth and Pha with me." Ming said and Kit nodded.
"Why'd you nod?" Ming was confused.
"Go out on your own. I've been too protective over you... I'm sorry. I was just worried. I don't want to lose you," Kit said and Ming hugged Kit even tighter.
"I'm not going to leave you until we're 100. It'll take a lot to take me away from you Kit. I'm happy you're worried about me. Keep worrying - but take it down a couple levels," Ming said and Kit slapped his arm - but hugged Ming tighter.
"I love you. So much," Kit mumbled - his head was buried in Ming's neck. Ming just smiled, rubbed Kit's back, and kissed Kit's head.
"I love you too Kitty. Forever and always," Ming said and they sat that way for nearly an hour before Ming left and went out with Pha-Forth.
Kit sighed and called Beam/Yo over for a movie day.
