Wedding Date(s) - MingKit

3rd POV.

"P'Kitty, which one looks better?" Nine asked as him and Joong stepped out of their dressing room. Today their trying on suits for they're (small) wedding.

"Joong's colour is perfect, but the styles don't suit you guys at all," Kit said as he came up to Joong and fixed his bowtie.

"How would a shorter style look? I feel the collar is too long on Nine's and the coat is too long on Joong's," Pha said.

Kit, Beam, and Pha were here helping the couple pick out their suits.

"Shorter and maybe not as shiny - Nine's is more... Reflective? I feel like a matte fabric would be better," Beam said.

"When did we become fashion critics? The only one who dresses well is Wayo and he's not here to help," Kit said and sat back down next to Beam.

"He would've been here, I'm not even sure where he is. Just said he couldn't make it," Pha said.

"Why isn't your group here?" Beam asked referring to JoongNine's best friends Earth, Ben, Pavel, and Dome.

"Ben and Earth are in Europe, studying." Pha said.

"Dome and Pavel are at the beach with Forth and the other hazers," Beam said.

"I forget they're your brothers," Kit says realising his friends are the brothers of Nine's friends.

"Speaking of the hazers, Beam - let me see your ring. And also, Kit - how's Ming?" Nine asked and came over to see Beam's ring. He was curious what Forth picked out.

"I'm not sure, he hasn't texted me back since we met up," Kit said.

"Really? He kissed you and just ignores you?" Joong was concerned.

"You can't talk 'mr.one night stand'." Nine said and flicked Joong's forehead.

"But at least I answered your texts right away after," Joong pouted.

"Ming kissed you?" This is the first time anyone but JoongNine had heard this.

"We went out to breakfast a few days ago, and I kissed him when he walked me home..." Kit said and blushed when Beam and Pha started teasing him.

"He might be with Forth. He's a hazer right?" Beam asked.

"Yeah, he's a rank below Forth and Arthit," Kit said.

"Arthit's still around? I thought him and Kongpob moved away," Pha asked.

"He's been on break, both him and Kong weren't doing too well," Kit said.

- 2 days later -
- 1 week till the wedding -

Kit was sitting with Pha and Yo during lunch when Ming came up and sat beside Kit. Kit just looked at the older confused and then looked from his phone to Ming. Silently asking, 'why didn't you talk to me?'.

"Ah, Yo didn't tell you?" Ming asked and looked at Wayo who hid behind Pha.

Kit shook his head no.

"I broke my phone playing football (⚽) with Forth, I asked Yo to let you know so you didn't get the wrong idea. Clearly I needed to tell you myself instead," Ming (playfully) glared at Wayo who just smiled. Kit nodded understanding.

"It's alright, I thought you just didn't like me anymore..." Kit said - he didn't make eye-contact with Ming and continued to eat his lunch.

PhaYo got the hint and got up to 'go order food'. Ming realised Kit wanted to talk to him alone, stayed by Kit's side, and waited for the younger to talk. When Ming realised Kit wouldn't speak first, he did.

"I'm really sorry I didn't tell you myself, or sooner. Um, I still like you - that'll never change Kit... I'm not good at apolo--"

Kit cut him off by hugging him. He knew Ming was just rambling at this point. And even though he wanted to - he didn't want to kiss Ming again (just yet).

"It's alright," Kit said and Ming smiled wrapping his arms around Kit's waist.

"You two are cute!" Beam said as he sat down with his food. He clearly didn't take the hint Pha gave him.

Ming and Kit just blushed and shook their heads.

"I'm picking up a new phone today, I promise I'll text you as soon as I get home," Ming said as Kit walked with him out of the med building.

Kit smiled and nodded.

"Can we meet up for breakfast again?" Ming asked as they stood near his bike. Kit nodded.

"Tomorrow?" Kit asked and Ming nodded.

"I don't have morning classes, so whatever day works for you," Ming said.

"I don't have morning classes, only on Fridays," Kit said and turned to look at Pha and Beam when they yelled for him.

"Go to class, I'll text you," Ming smiled and Kit nodded walking away.

"Wait," Ming grabbed Kit's hand and went to hug him - Kit, again, thought it was a kiss.

Ming was surprised but kissed the smaller and smiled before leaving back to his class. Kit smiled and walked to class, leaving a shocked Pha and Beam behind.
