Ming is also in a similar situation - as Kit's brother is marrying Ming's best friend.

"Are you guys sure you wanna live here?" Kit asked and looked around an apartment that JoongNine were considering buying.
"Yeah, it's nice - close to the college. What's wrong with it?" Joong asked.
"Nothing's wrong. I just want you guys to be 100% ok with moving out on your own," Kit said.
"You're gonna miss sharing a room with me, huh?" Nine teased and Kit rolled his eyes.
"I'm just gonna be bored. Mom's home all the time now and Dad won't get off my back about getting married now... It'll be rough without you," Kit said.
Joong and Nine just looked at each other and nodded.
"Move in with Ming," Nine said.
Kit's eyes nearly popped out of his head. He looked at his brother as if he was insane.
"What?" Kit was just speechless.
"Move in with Ming, he's looking for a roommate and you need to get away from Dad. Plus, you two can finally become boyfriends after months of painfully flirting," Nine said.
Kit was speechless. But the more he thought about it...
The more it just made sense.
"Fuck it. What do I have to lose?" Kit said and grabbed his phone to text Ming.

"Of course I am. That was a smooth way to ask someone out. I'm impressed," Kit said and JoongNine just laughed - but agreed.
"Let's go sign the papers and then help Kitty move to Ming's," Nine said and Joong agreed.
