"Ezra?" Mika asked as he walked into Fortunes apartment.

"He's in the shower," Fortune answered from the living room.

Mika went and sat next to his brother.

"What's up Mika? You seem nervous."

"What? Oh, um...I'm going to propose to Michael today. I just wanted to ask Ezra for permission."

"Oh, well you already know what he'll say," Fortune reassured his nervous brother.

Mika nodded as Ezra walked into the living room. He sat in the chair across from the Penniman brothers.

"What's up Mika?" Ezra asked.

"I wanted to ask for your permission to ask your father to marry me."

Ezra smiled, "well, I don't know.."

"What?" Fortune and Mika asked at the same time and then looked at each other.

Ezra laughed.

"You promise not to break his heart, again?"

"Of corse," Mika answered.

"If he were to get really sick from chemo, you promise to take care of him and not back out?"

Mika nodded.

"Okay."

"Okay what?"

"You have my permission. I was going to drag it out longer and ask more questions, buuuut I'm starving," Ezra responded as he wondered towards the kitchen.

Mika rolled his eyes as Fortune laughed at Ezra.

"You two are something," he said as he got up to leave.

"How you going to do it?" Fortune asked as he stood at the door with Mika.

Ezra stood behind fortune eating a sandwich.

"I'm going to take him to the park with Mel and have a picnic. When he least expects it that's when."

"Aww, that's cute," Ezra said as he shoved the sandwich into his mouth.

"Seriously?" Mika asked Fortune as he pointed towards Ezra.

"Try living with him," Fortune laughed.

"Good luck," Mika told Fortune as he left.

"I should be wishing you luck, but thanks!" Fortune said as he shut the door.

Mika and Michael arrived hand-in-hand to the park. Mika let Mel off of her leash and she trailed behind them. It was a gorgeous day. The perfect day to propose to Michael.

They soon found a quiet spot near the pond to lay their blanket down. Mel laid next to the blanket as Mika and Michael ate their lunch. They talked about many things like Mika's future for his career, the kids futures, and finally their future together.

Michael starred out across the pond and soaked in the sunlight. Mika took this opportunity to pull back out the tiny black ring box and to get down on his left knee.

"Michael?" Mika asked causing Michael to turn around.

"Yes, ba-," Michael started, but stopped when he saw Mika on his knee. "Mika?"

"Michael, I loved you from the moment I met you. I knew within the first thirty seconds of staring into your eyes that I wanted to marry you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. To raise those beautiful children with you. To grow old with you," Mika started to tear up.

He looked into Michael's deep brown eyes and smiled, "Michael William Scott, will you marry me?"

Michael nodded, "of course," he said as he tackled Mika to the blanket and kissed him passionately.

They continued like that for ten minutes before they pulled apart, so Mika could place the ring on Michael's finger, "I love you," Mika said as he looked into Michael's eyes once more.

"I love you."
