Lap dog

"Matteo she's not waking up" I heard a girl saying. "Leonardo drugged her" I heard a man say. Just then I felt something cold on my face. I slowly opened my eyes and saw a girl and Matteo looking at me. "Hi" Matteo said. I looked around and realized I had no idea where I am. "Where am I" I asked. "Who the hell are you" I asked the girl. "Michelle" she said. "I'll tell her everything" Matteo said. Michelle shook her head then walked out the room. "Where am I" I asked. "Last night you were drugged by a man named Leonardo and he was going to kill you if I wouldn't have taken you with me" Matteo said. "How do you know him" I asked. "His family and mine were doing business together" Matteo said. "Were" I asked. "After I didn't let him have you last night he cut off business with us and threatened to kill you" he said. "Why didn't you just let him" I asked. "you're innocent you had no reason to die" he said. "So you ruined business for a girl you don't know" I said. "Yeah" he said. "What type of business was it" I asked. He looked at me but didn't answer. But I knew from the look on his face it wasn't anything good. "Look thanks for saving me but I can go now" I said then stood up. "That's the thing" he said. "If he finds you he'll kill you so you can't leave" Matteo said. "What" I yelled. "Look I know that" he tried to say. "So you Kidnap me and expect me to be okay with it" I snapped. "Well if you leave then you die so" he snapped back. I looked out the window and realized we're on a boat. "You put me on a boat" I yelled. "Daisy" he said. "How do you know my name" I asked. "My waitress remember" he said. "My names Matteo in case you missed that" he said. "I know" I said. "I didn't take you for a drinker when I first saw you" he said. "Well I didn't take you for a kidnapper so I guess we're both shocked" I snapped. "I'll leave you in here to calm down and maybe while you wait you can somehow teach yourself how to be a better waitress" he snapped then shut the door. I tried to open it but it was locked.

I spent 3 hours pacing around the room when finally Michelle came in the room with food. "Please you have to let me out" I begged. "Just eat and try to be calm no ones going to hurt you" she said. "I don't even know you people and I have no idea where I am" I said. "I know how scary it must be but you have to understand we are just protecting you" she said. "Why you don't even know me" I asked. "Matteo he wants to help you" she said. "Tell your boyfriend I don't need his help" I said. "Matteo is my brother" Michelle said with a laugh. "Oh" I said with a small laugh. "Look just try and eat" she said. As I began eating she said "I know you don't like this and I understand why you don't trust us but those people were bad" she said. "Then why work with them" I asked. "Matteo and my father were hopping if we worked with them we could get them to stop doing all the bad stuff" she said. "And because Matteo stopped Leonardo all that got ruined" I said. "Yeah" Michelle said. "So it's all my fault" I said. "No they are bad people and you didn't ask for that to happen" she said. "So what happens if I leave" I asked. "Most likely Leonardo will kill you" she said. "Since Matteo saved you he's going to try and kill you both that's why we're trying to lay low" she said. "This is royally screwed up" I said. "Yes but if we play our cards right everything will be fine" she said. She stayed with me until I was done eating. "I have to go" she said. "Okay" I said. She left the room and I sat by the window. I'm not sure how much time passed before Matteo cane into the room with my bags. "How did you get those" I asked. "Obviously I went into your room" he said. "Was my boyfriend there" I asked. "You mean the boy who cheated on you no he wasn't in there" Matteo said. "How do you know about that" I asked. "I have my ways" he said. "There's a bathroom right through that door" he said. "Tomorrow morning we have business to attend to and I'm not comfortable leaving you on the boat so you'll be coming with us" he said then walked to the door. "What you think I'm your lap dog now" I said with a snort. "I don't think anything I know" he said then walked out the door. What an ass. I walked into the bathroom and looked around. It was huge. It was all marble and the shower was completely glass. I took a shower then changed into my pink pajama set. "Well hello" Matteo said as I walked out the bathroom. "What are you doing in here" I asked. "I'm just making sure you don't try to run off" he said. "Where would I go" I asked. "Anywhere" he said with a smile. "Get out I need to sleep" I said. "Right and don't forget we're going somewhere tomorrow" he said. "How could I forget when you keep telling me" I said. "I keep telling you because I don't wait so even if you aren't dressed I'll drag you out this bed when it's time to leave" he snapped then slammed the door.

I rolled my eyes then laid down. The bed was comfortable so it didn't take long for me to fall asleep.
