POV OF ANNA

The next day, Selena and George went to buy groceries and other supplies, leaving Jack with us. Jack is really adorable, with George's gray eyes.

“Ma-ma,” he babbles, and I chuckle as I pick him up. He only knows two words: "Ma-ma" and "Da-da." Every female is his Ma-ma, and every male is his Da-da.

Cam and I play with him when there's a knock on the door. Cam is in the kitchen making milk for Jack, so I go to open the door, holding Jack in my arms as he plays with my hair.

“Yes?” I ask a man who has a box in his hand.

“Ma-ma,” Jack nudges my neck, and I laugh.

“Anna Winston?” the man asks, and I nod.

“Sorry for the delay,” he says, handing me the box.

“Cam, can you come here?” I call, and Cam rushes to us.

“Hold him for a minute,” I say, handing Jack to him.

“Da-da,” Jack pats Cam's face. Cam holds him and looks at me.

I take the box and sign for it. The man scans us for a moment, then leaves.

“Who is this from?” Cam asks as I close the door.

“Richard, maybe,” I reply, opening the box.

There’s a note that says, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” I smile and look inside.

“Chocolates and LED keychains?” Cam asks, and I nod. The LED keychains have my photos on them.

“Gimme some chocolate,” Cam says, reaching for the box. I snatch it from him and run upstairs.

“So mean!” he exclaims, chasing after me. I laugh as he lays Jack on my bed.

“Come on. Chocolates!” he says, coming toward me, and I duck.

“Hey!” he shouts, and I laugh. I open the box while running away from him.

I eat one.

“Umm, so tasty!” I say, and he growls. Cam loves chocolates, and I love teasing him.

“That's enough, An!” he warns, coming toward me and catching me this time.

“Okay, okay!” I hand him the box, and he eats a chocolate.

“Keep some for George and Selena!” I exclaim, pulling the box away from him.

He frowns and lays beside Jack.

“She is so mean to me,” he fake sobs.

“You ate three, okay?” I say, smacking his butt with the box.

“Yes, ma’am,” he grins, and I shake my head, smiling. I walk downstairs and put the chocolates in the fridge. I carry the LED keychains to my room.

We hang them around my room together. Then we fall asleep beside Jack.

POV OF CHRISTOPHER

The next day, I ask a spy to deliver Anna's gifts. He comes back after delivering them.

“Alpha, it seems like she has a son,” he says, and we both growl.

“How is that possible?” Nick growls.

“I don’t know, Alpha. She has a baby boy. He was calling her 'Mom' and the guy 'Dad,'” he replies.

I pick up the table and throw it in frustration. She has a child with another guy? How can she do this to us? Nick storms off upstairs.

“Find out if he really is her son,” I order, and he nods before leaving.
