Chapter 2: Unanswered Questions

P.O.V_ Narrator

A week has passed since Ameryallis and Capone had woken and most of there crew mates were out and about. Everyone had survived and were trying to remember everything before they blank out but they weren't able to remember completely, for it was a blurred to all them.

"Hey, Amaryellis is the captain up yet?" responded a young man with long blond hair that made it hard for people to see his eyes. But the odd stuff about him was that he didn't stand or walked normal. When he walked or stand he would slouch and when he sat he would slouch up like any egg even with with simple clothing of just a jean and long jacket, Lucas was the gifted navigator of the crew that possessed the shi shi no mi which gave him the ability to create shields out of thin air.

"Oh, Lucas its you, good to see you walking again........But no the captain hasn't woken up" Amaryellis replied.

"The captain suffered the most and his injuries were very bad that am surprised he is still alive" she continued.

"I won't be surprised if he recovered in the next few weeks after all the captain isn't someone to give especially when his crew needs him the most"

"You're right as always, Lucas"

"Have I ever been wrong or has there been any doubt" Lucas replied with a smirk on his face. But stop once he was interrupted.

"Only when people get the best out of you" responded a young voice.

"Well if it isn't Liam, hows my little brother doing so far" replied Lucas facing the young man that entered.

Liam was a tall young man with his light green hair and light green eyes. But unlike his brother, he did not slouch when he walked or sat. He wore a black jean and a long jacket just like his brother but he was also the skilled cook of the crew who also possessed the fro fro no mi which gave him the ability of a frog.

"ha ha very funny, Lucas even now you won't stop little brothering me after all we been through"

"That cuz you won't ever stop being my little brother" replied Lucas will a smirk on his face.

"Now this is not the time for your silly brother rivalry moments" Responded Amaryellis with a smile and sort of childish voice.

"I guess your right,..........well any way I only came here to say that lunch is ready.......Capone and Maxus caught us some fish and I made up a nice lunch for everyone"

"Now that what you should have say to began with, I am kind of hungry" responded Lucas while rubbing his growling stomach.

"We might as well get going or Dexter will eat all of the fish" finished of Amaryellis.

Amaryellis, Lucas and Liam return to the cove where the rest of their nakama were eating. To there left there was a tall woman with dark blue hair in a ponytail and yellow eyes, she was wore a simple shirt and a skirt and a large sword tied to her back. She was known as Roronoa Zoe, a very skilled swordswomen and a expert on weaponry, stood in a strong form that gave out a confident appearance gived her position as the first mate. Next to her was Theyer Remi, a young women with dark red hair tied in a ponytail and blue eyes , she sported very black shorts and a dark blue blouse. Unlike Zoe, Remi was relaxed and calm smoking her cigar. Remi was a skilled shipwright of the crew. In front of her stood, Reyes Asa a very skilled Spy and grifter of the crew with midnight blue hair tied in a ponytail and light grey eyes. She wore black jeans with a simply black shirt and coat. Besides her were Light Capone, the skilled assassin and Light Maxus the skilled sniper, both of them wore black suits that were a bit torn up, Capone wore a torn black fandora that covered his black eyes and his black hair. Maxus had black hair but no hat, his eyes were also black and had a scar running down from his left cheek. To their right stood the rest of the crew members. One of them was, Judie a gifted musician of the crew, she had long brown hair in a ponytail and emerald green eyes and wore a simple green skirt and black blouse. She also possessed the tel tel no mi which gave her the ability of teleportation. Next to her, was Harper a young women with sky blue eyes and short blond hair wearing a simple light purple shirt and a blue skirt. Harper was also the energetic Archaeologist and historian of the crew. Sitting next to her was Edward Mia who was currently polishing her sword, she had yellow hair with light grey eyes wearing a simple black kamoto with a white bow. Mia was the swordswomen of the crew but the second best after Zoe, the first mate. Last but not least, there was Dexter, the look out of the crew. Unlike the other members of the crew, Dexter was a small talking orange cat with black eyes and had the ability to fly due to have comsume the Win win no mi which gave him wings to fly.

Now that everyone except for the captain was awake, they decided gather together to decide what to do. Zoe of course took charge due to the captain absense.

"We have been in this cove for a week now and we need to leave as soon as possible ............ Our captain hasn't awakened yet and probably won't till he gets the proper medical needs" responded Zoe in a serious tone.

"Zoe right, you guys, he needs more medical equipment that we aren't able to access right now.......... if we wait any longer he might die. The only reason he is still alive is because he is stubborn captain but even he won't be able to hold on any longer" replied Amaryellis is a depressing tone.

"What we need is a boat to leave the cove but Lady Misty is in no condition to sail" replied Maxus.

"Then I will build us a boat, but it would have to be a small boat since I don't have enough material and since I will be using wood from the Lady Misty" responded Remi.

"Then thats solves it, how long will it take you to build it" replied a excited Judie

"Give me a day and I shall have us a boat that will carry about four people at most" responded Remi.

"Then four of us will have to take the boat and go to the nearest island and return will the medical equipment for the captain" replied Zoe.

"Now who is willing to go, to the island and get the equipment.......any volunteers" Zoe continued.

"I will go" responded Asa. " after all I need to gather information to see if the marines are still after us.

"If you're going then am going as well" replied Judie

"Hey don't forget about me" responded Lucas. " after all you need a navigator to get the nearest island or you guys will end up lost at sea."

"I quess, that I will go after all" responded Copone "someone needs to keep you guys out of trouble".

"Then that settles it then go to the nearest island to get the supply we need". Responded Zoe.

"Don't worry you guys I will build a boat that will give you a smooth sailing and once the captain is better and I get more material, I can built us a new ship that is just as worthy as the Lady Misty" replied Remi with a large grin on her face.

After that, everyone left to made preparations for the journey that was about to unfold. Yet Zoe remain there deep in thought.

"I just hope the captain will holds a bit longer" replied Zoe "but there are many unanswered questions, such as how did we survived? Who saved us, after all we almost died yet here we are? May be after the captain wakes up, he might be able help us unanswered questions".
