Champ: (looking at the door) "now that's what I call decent dressing"
Mew: (catches Gulf before he sits down. Smitten) "that's my boy"
Mild: (to Gulf) "who died?"
Gulf: "what?"
Mild: "your dressing is different?"
Gulf: "can't I dress decently once in a while?"
Mild: "you covered your legs and hands and neck."
Gulf: "it's cold"
Mild: "someone is in love"
Gulf: (blushes) not ev-
Mew: (comes and stands in front of Gulf's desk) "hey boo"
Gulf: (blushes even more) "Hi"
Mew: "I couldn't help but notice you look stunning in those clothes. Can I have a date after these adults are done messing our heads."
Gulf: "I would love to."
Mew: (leans down and kisses Gulf cheeks) "Later yeah?"
Gulf: (nods his head his face redder than before)
Mild: "someone's whipped"
Gulf: (dreamy)"isn't he a good whipper though?"
Mild: (shakes his head in confusion) "whatever that means"
Gulf: (head in his hand) "isn't he just sweet?"
Mild: "he surely is." (Looks down on his hands)
That evening at the Cinema
Mew: "what movies would you like to watch?"
Gulf: "I want to watch Maleficent 2"
Mew: "no we can't watch that."
Gulf: "that's what I want to watch"
Mew: "we're not watching kids movies. What are you...Eight? We hav-"
Gulf: (rolls his eyes and interjects) "-you asked me what I want to watch, and I told you now it's a problem"
Mew: "Anything exc-"
Gulf: "that's not fair"
Mew: (clenches his teeth) "We are having a conversation, right?"
Gulf: (grumbles) "yes"
Mew: "then you have to let me finish when I'm talking. You must wait for your turn yeah?"
Gulf: "are you teaching me how to talk now?"
Mew: "I'm teaching you manners. You d-"
Gulf: "I know I know. I jus-" (doesn't finish what he saying as Mew walks away. Feels embarrassed being left alone. People besides them saw what happened and they were looking at him. His eyes tears up. Walks out of the theatre too.)
Monday Morning in class
Mr Kang: "ok so we're going to be talking about reproduction today. (Proceeds with the lesson. surprised Gulf doesn't interrupt him when he is teaching) "Are you ok Gulf?"
Gulf: "yes why do you ask?"
Mr Kang: " You didn't interrupt my lesson. I must say I'm impressed by this attitude Gulf."
Gulf: (feels even more humiliated. Just nods his head with a fake smile seeming troubled. Class goes on)
Mr Kang: "ok class we're having a quiz next lesson so go prepare"
Mild: "you ok man? You feel different today?"
Gulf: "I am ok. Give me a minute" (Goes to Mew who is talking to Champ waits for Mew to finish his talking) "May I have a word with you?"
Mew: "sure"
Gulf: (pointing towards the door) "outside maybe?"
Mew: (gets up and follows Gulf)
Gulf: "did you have to walk away though."
Mew: when you cut me when I'm talking It's like you're saying I should shut up because my POV is not important. If it's not important then there no need for me to be there. When you don't respect my opinion, I don't have time for you."
Gulf: "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that. It's just who I am and that was embarrassing leaving me alone at the theatre because of that. People were laughing at me"
Mew: "that's how embarrassing it is for the other person when you cut them whilst they are talking"
Gulf: (sadly) "I'm sorry I didn't know"
Mew: (hugs Gulf) "it's ok if you know now. You were a good boy just now and you're getting a reward. My apartment today?"
Gulf: (playing with Mews buttons on his shirt. Ears red. Softly) yeah
Mew: (kisses his cheek)" I'll wait for you after class"
