saw another you tonight
hair tied tight and dress so white
you almost won against daylight,
almost inspired me to write
about the fire you ignited
when you said it's unrequited.

how did it feel to set me free,
throwing me back in Lonely Sea
how did it feel to say the word
and get to dance with the whole world
but not with me
