Uyu texted me around 11 to tell me he would be by the coffee shop as soon he finished running a few errands for his mom, which should be in about a half-hour. Everyone my siblings and a few of their friends was preoccupied with cartoons. And my parents were in their room discussing something that didn't seem it should be interrupted. So I swept up the kitchen folded a load of laundry that was out. Then I started my walk to the coffee shop.
Then I saw you standing right outside leaning against the storefront windows. I said hello, and your greeting went something like this,
"What if the play wasn't about a typical love story at all what if it could be about brotherly love. The main character is watching his brother fall in love with a woman who is no good for him, and he saves him from his destructive feelings!"
I love this idea, and we started writing our ideas down right away. We are going to present our ideas to our theater teacher, Mrs. Jenkins, and see what she says about it, tomorrow at school. That's all I have time to write about in my journal today because I need to finish my first draft to present tomorrow.
