The stockholder's meeting was a disaster for Hoseok because he needed to face them by himself. Even though it was not his first stockholder's meeting but it was his first time to lead it. He didn't know how Hyunwoo could manage to meet all of them and lead every meeting without feeling nervous at all. A CEO indeed.
Lucky for him, it was postponed after Hoseok announced that Hyunwoo fell badly sick and couldn't attend the meeting. The stockholders were pretty mad because they weren't informed faster but Hoseok simply told them that they were the ones who came ahead of the time so he couldn't inform them first. They were surprised to hear Hoseok's explanation because they didn't think that Hoseok was that brave. They hope that Hyunwoo will recover soon to answer the issue of his possible withdrawal as the CEO after few investors decided to stop investing.
It was the scariest 30 minutes in Hoseok's life when dozens of eyes looked at him as if they wanted to split him in half. He might be a little hyperbole but that's exactly what he felt back then in the meeting room. When both Hoseok and Jooheon entered Hoseok's office, they sat on the couch and let out a sigh.
"That was pretty tense, right hyung?" Jooheon, Hyunwoo's secretary and also Hoseok's cousin playfully asked Hoseok who looked exhausted.
"Nightmare."
Hoseok wasn't the type of someone who had stage fright or easily nervous but he was so nervous before because he couldn't focus and he was afraid that the news about Hyunwoo's missing was circulating. He knew that it was something that could bring harm to the company.
"Did Changkyun find Hyun Woo's exact location?" Hoseok asked. He was clueless about Hyunwoo's whereabouts, all he knew was that Hyunwoo's phone was at Suncheon but they still couldn't reach the CEO at all. Changkyun was still busy trying to find leads about what happened to Hyunwoo by hacking the CCTV nearby where he found Hyunwoo's phone but there was nothing. It's as if someone didn't want them to find Hyunwoo.
"Changkyun is still trying to find the exact location but we still didn't have any lead." Jooheon explained.
"Jooheon, let's go to Suncheon."
"Hyung.. We can't, you must attend a meeting with a client in Hyunwoo's hyung place." Jooheon said as he looked at his tab, checking the schedule.
"After the meeting?"
"Dinner with MX Entertainment about the new model."
Hoseok closed his eyes and before he could say anything, Changkyun walked inside his office with a tab on his hand. He rushed to the sofa and took a seat beside Hoseok.
"Hoseok, I tried to trace the signal and as you know it was found at Suncheon right."
Changkyun was surprisingly sitting really close to Hoseok and it made him feel a bit nervous. Call him an emotional guy but the truth is, Hoseok still feels nervous whenever Changkyun gets really close to him even after their breakup. Hoseok just nodded his head to respond to Changkyun's words before Changkyun continued his words again.
