Memories

We were all stood in the back garden of Wayne manor having a barbecue. Every Bat family member was there to relax and be themselves away from work, away from crime, away from their other life. Today they were just a regular family enjoying themselves and making memories they'll remember.

Laughter filled the yard as dick wiped a tear "ah good times" he sighed "I can't believe how things have changed so much, how we've changed so much"

Smacking his back Jason laughed "man aging made you even more sappier than you were before" sending another round of laughter.

"Aging does a lot, I mean you're not a complete asshole anymore, got skylar and aria to thank for that" Roy interrupts "what about me?!" Dick shakes his head "you encouraged him" causing Roy to huff "oh suck it old man"

Sensing an argument Tim butts in "I think we can all agree demon changed the most" Damian's head perks up "why are you involving me in their meaningless dispute?" Aria sighs a smile on her face looking at her husband "don't call him a demon, he's changed" Jason agrees "she's right, he's less of a demon now, more like a...fallen angel or a brute, either one" ignoring his statements dick adds "remember his I'll drive phase" everyone once again laughs.

Damian huffs a small pout resting on his face, annoyed he said "I stopped didn't I?" A look of confusion came across his face "how did you stop? You weren't one to give up so easily" Aria mused "that was my doing?" All attention set on her she elaborated "I disturbed him and made him uncomfortable about it, and he never mentioned it again" she laughed remembering her words to him, Damian's blood rushed to his cheeks as he too remembered their exchange years ago...

Damian and Aria- Age:14
There stood in their suits dressed as Robin and Renegade were bestfriends, Damian and Aria ready for patrol in the batcave.

In walks Dick dressed in the Batman suit posing as Bruce while Bruce recovered from his injuries. "Let's go" dick says walking up to the batmobile "I'll drive" Damian says reaching for the keys "nice try, you're too young" dick smirks walking to the vehicle. Damian huffs following after him "I know how!" Aria sighs stepping in "dami, driving is like having sex, you know how, but you're too young to be doing it" now that shut Damian up, and ever since he hadn't asked to drive the batmobile.

"Oh yeah...I don't know how I forgot that" dick exclaimed. "Dick, I'm so sorry..." Aria gives him a sympathetic look "you're getting old..." another round of laughter spreads around.

"Speaking of sex remember Sex Ed in highschool?" Aria questions looking at her family and former classmates, lian instantly looked down an embarrassed look etched on her face.

Aged : 15
Sitting in biology class everyone was preparing themselves to watch the most horrifying video they'd ever see in their life. Aria currently was taking a nap from staying out late in patrol last night, also because her father had educated her way before she was meant to know, allowing her to be able to skip the torture everyone else would be enduring. Damian who had Aria leaning her head on his shoulder had also been educated on the topic by his mother who was preparing him for his future as the demons head. As the future couple had begun to fall asleep next to them was a chilled out lian who thought she knew everything she needed to her dad previously explaining what she thought was the truth but turned out to be a horrible lie far far far from the truth.

After class had ended they sat at lunch their classmates unable to stomach anything after what they had witnessed. Lian looked at the two who were scarfing down food "how can you eat after what we just saw?" They both turn to her "we slept through it" Damian answers as Aria looks at her "I don't get why your so disturbed by it, I thought you said your dad explained the whole thing to you like mine did" lian shakes her head "he lied to me! He-he said that..." she cuts herself off realizing how stupid it sounded "he told me kissing gets you pregnant" she whispered lowly as Damian and Aria look at her before bursting into laughter, Arias sounding like a mad man while Damian's was more of a chuckle to himself. "You believed it?" She asked calming herself down "I don't know I was a kid!" Sighing Aria said "well now you know the ugly truth, sex is nasty but eventually we all gonna be doing it" this caused heat to rush through both Damian and lians cheeks as they stared incredulously at how blunt their friend was. "Can we change the topic? I wanna eat something before history, I need energy to argue with Mr Anderson."

Laughing once again while lian stared daggers at her father "you can't still be mad at me!"Roy surrendered. "You lied to me!" She defended "hey did you see arias horrified face when jay told her, I didn't want that for you, I ain't as blunt as the Todd's" Roy said as said Todd's glared at him. "Atleast I didn't lie to my daughter and make her experience something traumatizing!" Jason said "what are you saying? Remember that mission we had with the joker I walked in on him naked with Harley.... I had nightmares and trauma for weeks I could not unsee that. You told me it was a simple mission, in and out you said, completely safe you said, that... was just fucking nasty no one should have to go through that....ever" I shudder.

"Ok change the topic it's getting too inappropriate" dick says cringing. "We can talk about the time we babysat Mari and she told us about...." cutting Aria off Bruce walks over to the large picnic table everyone was gathered around "foods ready"
