Chapter 9

" Daddy how much do you love me ? " The little girl asked with a curious tone in her fragile voice.

" With all my heart , more than you will ever know babygirl ." The man knew he wouldn't be around much longer , for he couldn't handle the constant aching of his shattered heart .

" Please don't ever leave me daddy , your all I have . " Although the young girl was only 10 years old , she knew something was different about her father . He wasn't the same .

" Babygirl , I dont plan on it . You shouldn't have to worry about things like that my sweet little angle " He held her close and kissed the top of her head indulging the scent of the strawberry shampoo the little girl used that morning . Every word of that was a lie , for he knew that he couldn't make it much longer. He hated the fact the he was going to leave his precious little girl that he loved with every being in his body , but he knew it would be better for her not to live with a burden of a father like him in which he felt . But she didn't see him in the manner of which he saw himself . He was her only hope . Her mother , who left them when the young girl was 5 , was no use to the little girl . Her father only saw himself as a failure and hated every ounce of himself.
The sound of soft snores were clearly audible . The father decided this was it . He picked her up carefully and carried her to her room . Her fragile , delicate body , swayed loosely in his arms as he was carried her . He placed her on her bed and kissed her forehead once more . Tears now pouring out of the young man .

" Babygirl , I just wanted you to know that I love you with everything in me . Please never make the mistakes that I've made in my regretful lifetime . And know that your never alone , I'll be with you always . I hope that your able to move on and forget about me . But always know that I loved you more than anybody else in this world . " His hands shaking as he wept in front of his sleeping , little angle . He kissed her one last final time , then arose to his feet . He led himself to the bedroom , closed and locked the door behind him , turned on the song November Rain by Guns N Roses , and fell to his knees . As the song poured thrue the speakers he wept , Only becuase he knew he would be leaving his little girl . As he grabbed the dog leash and adjusted it around his neck , he thought of all the things that made him make this descision. Standing on the chair , ready to kick it from under his feet , he said one last final prayer asking God to watch his little girl . Without second thought , he kicked the chair from under him , he felt the leash constrict his airways cuase all the pain to finally end .

" No daddy please. , No ! " I screamed gasping for air . My body trembling from the dream I had just experienced . Tears running down my cheeks as if it was a race to see which one fell first . Moments later Jane rushed thrue the door with a look of worry on her face .

" Sweety are you okay ? I heard you screaming from down stairs " As she tightened her robe , She walked over to my bed and sat down on the corner .

" Yea I'm fine , I just saw a spider " I lied . I dont want anybody to know my buisness .

" Okay , Well if you need anything I'm down stairs . " I nodded and she left the room . I scrambled out of bed and ran to my phone . I knew I could call Mickey . I found her contact and pressed the call button. After about 6 rings she answered .

" Hey beautiful are you okay ? "

" No , I had the dream . "

" Oh Fuck . Are you okay ? I love you so much ! " she let out .

" Yea , I just needed to talk to you . "

" Well I'm glad you called becuase I have good news . "

" What is it ? " I laughed to myself not knowing what this could be .

" I'M MOVING TO AUSTRALIA !! she yelled .

" ARE YOU SERIOUS ! WHEN ? "

" This weekend . I already found an apartment and everythinfg and I'll be going to school down there " I started to tear up thinking about the reuniting of me and my best friend , my other half ♥ .

" Im so glad ! But Im gonna go to bed becuase its 3:00 up here. "

" Okay I love you ryn ! Sweet dreams"

" I love you too penis ! Sweet dreams"

The line goes dead and I think to myself that this is the happiest I've been in a while . I dont need Lucifer fucking hemmings to make me happy.
