Chapter 7

Lauryn's P.O.V

The next day went by horribly slow. Thinking about what I saw yesterday between Luke and that Blonde bimbo reassures me that it's okay not to trust many people , it lowers the chance of getting hurt . And I'm perfectly fine with that. I was snapped out of my deep thoughts when my phone began to buzz notifying me that Mickey was calling .

" MICKEY " I screamed thrue the phone , over excited at the fact that I'm finally able to talk to my bestfriend again . " I missed you sooooo much ! I love you sooooo much ! " I feel tears brim my eyes .

" Awwe Ryn I miss and love  you more ! " I can tell she's tearing up also .

" It's been forever , I wanna see you so bad , You dont even understand how miserable I am down here without you . I'm so alone "

" Please dont tell me you cut some more " Her voice is filled with concern .

" Yesterday .... " The line goes silent for a minute .

" Lauryn , what did I tell you about that ? "

" I know , I know , Okay ? It's just really hard to feel so alone "

" I know , I'm sorry . I have to go to work , so I'm gonna call you later okay ? I love you ryn "

" I love you too mickey " After that the line goes dead .

I decide to get my journal out and write to vent you could say . Poetry is a piece of me I'll never be able to give up . I scribble the first thing in my head onto the blank white paper.

' My heart hurts , My head spins , I just want to be home again. I long for the feeling , the numbness of pain . I just want to show them that I'm not afraid . My monsters , my demons , are my only friends . I'll be stuck in this hell hole , Until the end ' 

I close my journal and look out my window . It's cloudy and I like it . My phone buzzes and tells me that I have a text from Luke .

" Can I come over ? " - Luke. My blood begins to boil .

" No . Fuck off "

" What's your deal ? " I'm not even gonna answer him . Like I said I'm done with Luke. " Lauryn ? "

"Hello ? "    " Okay . Bye "    " Please answer me "   " What did I do wrong ? "

I set my phone down and turn on some spongebob to block everything out . I honestly mean it when I say that I'm completely done with Luke fucking Hemmings .
