HELP ARRIVES
AGENT'S POV
If it weren't for my fast thinking, there was no telling what would have happened.
I ducked out of there as soon as possible. It was starting to get hostile.
My cover had been blown. I had noticed DOC starting to look around the restaurant to see who didn't belong. He then started pointing and staring at me while on his phone. Just as I was about to leave he sScreamed,. YOU and almost everyone stopped what they were doing and staired in the direction he was pointing to, but I wasn't there.
As I ran out the back door, I heard him scream again, " FIND HIM NOW! The F-KING AGENT!"
he yelled again FIND HIM NOW THE F...KING AGENT.
I ran out the back door in a hurry. After a while, I panted as I stopped for a moment at a distance far enough away to watch but not be seen. I soon decided to put some more distance between me and them.
I need to let things blow over. Nnow that he knew who I was , he was going to be harder to catch, I sighted.
I was beginning to understand why he was never convicted before.
Files were great but overtime I realized that they don't tell the whole story.
I needed to hit the streets while the storm in Jimmy's calmed down.
I decided to call in what happened and went around trying to see if anyone was willing to talk.
But everytime I asked anyone about DOC, I was greeted with the same response. People avoided adovied me. It was like I was speaking a different language.
I had to watch my back more than ever.
1I: I wasn't sure who else was on our side and we needed to find out quickly.
2I: I had to stake him out and wait for a mistake while I and find a place to stay.
I made my way back to my rental car and took deep breaths. I knew I had to come up with a different game plan now or else it was, mission over. For most guys at least but not me.
When it was over Doc would be another name off the list.
I was interrupted from my train of thoughts by Sammy who informed me that she and an unknown individual would meet me in an undisclosed location at a certain time before she hung up.
Knowing her like I do whatever she had to say must have been really important since she couldn't discuss it over the phone.
It was rare for her to meet me out in the field. My mind was racing in different directions thinking about the possibilities of what she might have to say.
