CLOSE CALL

Agent 259 POV

The hospitality skills that I learned back in Community College paid off as I was easily able to gain entry into Jimmy's. I just had a brief interview and because they were understaffed, I was hired on the spot.

Found it hard to believe anyone could have easily gotten in.

If you were a local criminal this was the place to be.

As I was finishing my shift DOC walked in surrounded by his crew. He walked to his favorite table which was tucked away in a corner of the room. I served him his dinner which was New York Strip Steak with mashed potatoes with a side cob-salad with a coke.

DOC'S POV

Jimmy's is usually busy almost every day. I was enjoying my meal when I received a text and a phone call with the name and face of the agent. And what was worse I had seen him in here earlier looking around I slammed my fists on the table so hard that I created a scene, my face was screwed I was pissed off, "FIND HIM" I yelled. Everyone was looking at me like if I was mad I screamed again, "FIND THE F-KING AGENT NOW-". I could not believe Agent Raheem had the nerve to come in here. I was going to have to deal with the staff later for letting him in.

I was determined to get to him before he got to me. My guys called in backup then searched the perimeter thoroughly, no one was allowed in or out. But he was gone.

The staff and patrons were lined up and questioned but, no one was willing to talk.

I didn't like "hurting people" but I was left with no choice. I decided to make an exception for the manager. Since he had hired him, he must have been from out of town.

I knocked him out cold with a big right hand, and he dropped with a thud.

Immediately the staff and patrons started singing like birds giving me useful information, like a description and what they knew. I warned them to never let him in there ever again
