I woke up to the annoying as ring tone of my alarm and jumped out of bed and started getting ready while I was putting my clothes on i received a message from sky saying: omg today is the day!! I'm getting ready!!! Can't wait to see you!!!! I felt her excitement and replied saying that that I'm waiting to get going and that even tho it has been just a few hours since we saw each other i really missed her. I heard my mom knocking on my door saying that we should get going grabed my bag checked for everything,got a good look at my room and ran down the stairs my parents had already packed everything in the car and they were waiting for me. It was a good 20 minute drive to the airport as we got to the parking i saw sky and her parents waiting for us ,when she saw us she started jumping around and when i got out she gave me the tightest hug ever ,her parents told her that she's choking me and that we haven't seen each other just a few hours. We got our bags and started saying our goodbyes.

We got through security, got our tickets and started sending our luggage. We saw that our flight was delayed for 30 minutes which we expected so we decided to get Starbucks it was really early, we had little-almost no sleep and we really needed coffee I never really liked drinking coffee but today was different unlike Sky she needed it to function!

Those 30 minutes at the Starbucks next to our gate felt like hours it was like time didn't want to pass... But it was 9:25 and after months of planning and waiting we were boarding the plane to L.A,we finally found our seats, sat down and watched the flight attendant explain the safety instructions. We saw the sign for seatbelts turn on and we knew what was next. We held each others hands as the plane started taking off and we felt that it was a start of something new and exciting. We got up in the clouds and we could see the most beautiful sunrise ever we turned and looked in each others eyes and smiled like never before ,the view the feeling all of it was new for both of us and we both tried to soak it all in and remember it forever...
