CJ's pov

(Her first… awww)

When Joe says jai is playing Tiffany's part I just about die. I grab Anna's hand and follow behind George and hear his and jai's conversation. It wasn't my intention to do that I just didn't want to bother there moment when they finish talking I walk in with Anna. I say ”What's going on? Why are you going in place of Tiffany?” George says "She's sick. do you mind watching Anna?" I nod and say "of course." I take Anna's hand and walk her too the auditorium of the theater. We sit and I play games with her. Then I watch Jai walk out holding the binder in in the first outfit and Joe nods and she goes back and I realized that she was doing a costume fit while running the lines. But then she can put in her costume for the halloween party and I could see she was uncomfortable. But Joe nods and she is taken back for the rest of the changes. Then they run the songs and some scenes and she just looks tired. I get up and walk over and say " I think it would be fair to say Jai needs a rest." I grab their hand and walk them to the boys dressing room and say "lay down, take a nap listening to the album. I'll wake you up with a few hours before you go on stage and then you can finish.” they nod and lays down. 

George's Pov

I walk into the boys dressing room and see Jai on the couch asleep. Then look over at Cj and whisper "thank you for Bringing her here to take a rest. She really needed it. Thank you for being a good friend to her." She nods and says "my pleasure sir." I nod and then walk out. I find Anna in the girls dressing room. The girls are already dressed and ready to go. I say "hey ladies. I'm ordering food from cheesecake factory, do y'all want anything?" The girls give me their orders and then I let them know they can cash an app or venmo me what their stuff cost. I go to the guy and do the same. Anna follows me and says "what's a cheesecake factory?" I bend down and and explain and she says "oh so just get me what you think I would like." I nod I go back to CJ and Jai and Cj resist at first so I say "CJ I can pay for you, don't worry about it."she looks down and tells me she only wants fries and Mac and cheese. I nod and I order Jai and Anna the same thing.

When the food arrives I give everyone their food and cheesecake. But everyone put away their cake after except for CJ who ate everything. I was walking with a cup of water down the halls and I bumped into CJ spilling the water all over her. A few of the cast was around so I felt even worse and said "oh my God CJ I'm so sorry. Here let me help.” I grab a paper towel and pat her face a bit while she tells me not to and I see what I think is a bruise. I say "CJ what is thi-" I'm cut off with CJ pulling away completely and running off I follow her and watch her walk into the make up den. I watch her reaplie make up. I walk in slowly and block the door a bit. "CJ what's going on you can talk to me." She looks down and says "I can't talk about anything right now." I step out of her way because for some reason I respect her saying that. We both walk back to the boys dressing room and before we walk in to wake up Jai I say "look CJ I understand if you're not comfortable with me or anyone here yet I really do. I'm here if you ever need anyone to talk to." She nods and looks down and we walk in waking up Jai. She eats, we go over everything and then it's time for the show. All of the news outlets set up cameras and photographers and reviewers take their seats and Cj and Anna sit next to each other in the front.

Jai's Pov 

I'm standing in the wings waiting for my first part. When that comes I go on and I kill it. The rest of the show goes on and at the end they say ”as Jenna in place of Tiffany mann Jai Salazar Clofer." I look over at George and he says " they didn't know what else to call you. I hug George and he picks me up. When we get backstage everyone grabs their cake and a candle and Joe talks for a bit and we blow em out and eat. We chill for a bit and George says "ok ladies Anna is asleep and you two have to get to sleep. CJ do you want us to drop you off?" She looks at the time and nods rapidly. He drops her off and takes us home.

The next day, I wake up to George and he says " morning sweetheart there is a barbeque that Joe is throwing as a post press thing. He has invited everyone. Including Cj if you wanna invite her.  Anyway we are leaving at 2 so just be prepared." He walks out of my room and I look at the bedside dresser and I see a coffee. I then  smile. I get up and go to my bathroom and get ready to send CJ a text. When I'm out of the shower I do my skincare routine then get dressed. I look at my phone and see a text from CJ. She says that she can't leave till 2:30 and she has to be home before 5. I nod and yell for George and he comes in running. "Ok calm down no one's dying. CJ can't leave her house until 2:30 and has to be home by 5." He nods and says ”Ok I'll drop you girls off and then pick her up and bring her then take her home.” I nod and text CJ and she texts me back a yellow heart. I blush and send it back.

George drops us off and hangs for a bit and then let's me know he's picking her up. As me and Anna hang out I see a car stop and a man with a camera starts taking pictures of me and Anna whoever this person is, is definitely not trying to be low. I stand up and call sweettooth over and I say " there is a guy over there taking pictures of me and Anna." He nods then slowly looks over. Jason then grabs all the guys and he tells us to stay where we are and George comes in with CJ but the guys stop George and me and CJ hug and she sits. The guys walk around outside and I hear George talk loud and I watch the guy pull the card out of the camera. George takes it out of his hands says "who the fuck are you? Why are you taking pictures of my kids?" The guy pulls the cam back and says "do you have proof cause all I know is that this cam doesn't even have a card prick." George says  ”Get the fuck out of here." The guy turns back to me and winks. I start to panic slightly and CJ tries to calm me down.

 Stephanie comes over to me and takes Anna, CJ, and I into the house. She hands me a bottle of water Anna says " what happened Jai?" I pull her up and hug her saying "Nothing baby everything is ok.” George walks in and asks " Are you two ok?” I say ”we are ok. We can talk about it later.” he nods and hugs us. We all walk back out and I walk out to all the guys standing like guards I look at them and say "At easy men.” I walk away and I can hear CJ laugh. We sit but I get the feeling I'm being watched. Stephanie walks over to me and she has a girl my age next to her and Stephanie says " hey guys this is Lucy she is an orphan and is for the orphanage that Eliza Skyler Hamilton founded. I'm working with Lin Manuel Meranda in promoting adoption. I was wondering if you would chill with her for a bit. I want her to have fun and no one wants someone nearing 30 to hang with them.” 

Lucy laughs softly. I nod and pick up Anna sitting on my lap. Lucy sits in the seat and Anna cuddles into me and starts sucking her thumb. CJ and Lucy both say aw and I nod and say " I know ladies I know. I have the cutest sister." They laugh and we get Lucy's number and we all talk. When 4:30 pm comes around George comes over and says it's time to go and I agree now that Anna is asleep in my arms. We get in the car and go home. When we get there Chris is waiting for me and Anna. When he sees Anna asleep in my arms he comes over picking her up and George drops CJ off. I go to my room and start getting ready for bed and when I lay down and grab my laptop and I hear a ding from my phone I pick it up and see a text from someone I don't know. It says " Hi Jai, don't try to say it's not you cause I know it is. You're going to do exactly what I tell you too or I ruin your life. Good night sweet dreams Jai
