너를 원해 너를 원해

Waking up before the sun rose was something unusual for (y/n), but she had to if she wanted to arrive on time to the preliminary matches for the festival. She quickly got changed into her sparring gear. Her Hidden Leaf headband was tied around her forehead, (h/c)-colored bangs framing around the Konoha emblem. She wore a loose, oversized shirt dyed black that didn't hug her body, unlike all the other girls that wear a bra-and-legging outfit; she felt comfortable in it so that's all that matters. She put on dark red arm warmers that started at her wrists and stretched to her arm ditches. The shirt tucked in her inky, cargo pants that defined her legs a bit.

(y/n) was reluctant when strapping the pouch filled with kunai to her thigh. The dream of Kakashi in a rabid state still lingered in her mind. The faint echos of growling and barking rung in her ears. After thinking about it, she figured the bag would immobilize her, so she laid it gently on her bed. A buzz caught her attention.

It was her phone, notifying her that she has another message from Kakashi. She took a deep breath in before unlocking her device to reply. She read the first message he sent the night before, then the next one he just sent.

kakabaka: i hope you sleep well, angel~

kakabaka: you up yet?

(y/n): yes, i am

kakabaka: well then, good morning :D

(y/n): lol goodmorning

kakabaka: why are you up so early anyways?

(y/n): sport festival tryouts

kakbaka: not talkative today, huh?

(y/n): guess not haha

kakabaka: how was your sleep?

(y/n): fine

(y/n): hbu

kakabaka: couldn't sleep because you're always on my mind~~

(y/n): oh... sorry then

kakabaka: don't be

kakabaka: are you okay, angel?

(y/n): yup

(y/n): just not used to waking up this earliy, ig

kakabaka: oh, okay

(y/n): i gotta go, talk to you later

kakabaka: good luck, baby

She left him on read, not bothering to respond to him. (y/n) knew that she shouldn't be so on-edge while talking with him just because of a dream she had, but the dream felt so real. She's had many dreams before, yet none of them were quite like that one. Her past dreams always slipped her mind, so she expected it to be the same. There was one instance, however, that something like this dream happened. It wasn't as intense or gore-filled as Sai's supposed murder, but it was peculiar.
