Sien's POV

*school bell ringing

I don't mind getting late. Nagring na ang school bell about 2 times already but I'm just here casually walking down the school aisle while bunch of stupid kids are running for their lives dahil natatakot makatanggap ng tardy slip. Papel lng 'yan di makakamatay yan.

My stomach was growling so loud that I had to go to the canteen first and buy something to fill up this noisy thing. I never liked eating at home and I had to ask my dad to double my allowance 'cause I like eating outside. He doesn't care anyway. Money is his escape of trouble. Well for some reasons , I like it 'cause I get to buy things I want. I get to wear branded clothes and by the way, I'm using my Prada bag today.

Dad's business is really going well these days even though he's not anyhow slowing down on alcohol. Palagi syang nagtatrabaho and has the guts to go to the gym atleast twice a week and never has a time to stay at home except mesmerizing his precious wines sa wine cellar nya sa bahay. The last few months were his breakdown since some clients stopped franchising his company but he managed to solve it with his employees at the nearest edge.

I reached my classroom with still-the-same-faces classmates dahil palagi akong nasa homo class, well hindi ko alam if may bago o may natanggal because I never mind. I do my academics well even if I don't have anyone to praise me on. Atleast may something na magaling ako.

Naglalakad ako with their eyes setting on me with my Prada bag. Masyadong ignorante tong mga to.

"Wooaah Sein, ganda ng bag mo!"

"Grabe nagyayabang na naman oh."

"Mas maganda Louis Vuitton ko."

"May sugar daddy ata."

"Ano ba kayo di ba pwedeng fake yan."

My nerves went racking when I heard the last two lines but what I hate the most is calling my things fake when their eyebrows are looking even more fake than a most expensive but fake Gucci shirt. Pumunta ako sa taong 'yon at tinaasan ng kilay, how dare she call my favorite branded bag fake.

"Tumayo ka." I said to her.

"Sorry na Sien alam mo namang joke lang 'yon." sabi ng kaklase ko.

"Wala kapang seatmate diba? Umalis ka dyan."

Umalis naman sya at naghanap ng ibang upuan.

"Wooaahh"

"Okay lng yan Eunice, HAHAHAHA! "

"Ang angas talaga ni Sien!"

I have no time reacting to their comments or even look at them. Hindi ko nga alam mga pangalan nila even if we have been together for years being in the homo class. I just mock whoever disturbs me.

Good thing that classmate with the fakest eyebrows was sitting here. I own this spot. Walang seatmate, and just right next by the window.

Nagring nanaman ang school bell for the third time at ipinatugtug na ang "Lupang Hinirang" and here we are standing still, one hand on the chest and other hand at the side.

After the national anthem being played,

"Dear students of Anberg Highschool Academy, start your new school year..."

bla bla bla bla...

After those words spoken by the annoying school announcer, my mood was already down 'cause here we are once again to be asked kung kumusta ang bakasyon namin. Then suddenly our teacher stopped for a while to introduce some sort of a new comer. Hindi ko inalis ang tingin ko sa labas while embracing the wind touching my cheeks. I just want this Homeroom class to be over.

"Ay ang pogi sheeemz"

"Yaas new year new crush"

"Ang tangkad nya! Waah gwapo pa!"

"Mas pogi pa ako dyan."

"Hindi na ako makapagfocus nito!"

These people are shameless. Bakit ba nasa homo class ang mga to?

"Introduce yourself please, Mr.?"

"Vincent. Hi! My name's Vincent Ray M. Quivanos. Hoping to be the happiest with you this year."said by the new comer.

"Ayyy ang cheerful!"

"Ang ganda nga English!"

"Ang ganda ng smile!"

"Ang pogi ng name! Kasing pogi nya."

"Quivanoz? Parang yung actress?
Wooww!"

"Yung politician rin!"

Narinig ko lang ang ingay ng mga toh pero hindi ko parin inalis ang tingin ko sa labas.

"Okay Mr. Vincent, since you're the only new comer here in this section we only have one seat left. You can sit beside Ms. Saldova."

I found myself looking around if this was really the only seat left in the classroom and it really was.

"Yes , Ms. Saldova, you heard it right. You're having a seatmate this year."
