Beggining of senior year

Uuhhhggg I moan as a turn my alarm off and get out of bed, it's the first day back at school, I'm now officially a senior, I'm excited and all but school is a lot of work. At least I get to spend it with all of my best friends, they all mean the world to me,.

Our group is know as the Victors we are the popular kids, all of us know we are popular but we really aren't bothered, we're just a normal group of friends, everyone says I'm the prettiest and probably the most popular, I not the most popular and I'm defiantly not pretty, but almost every boy wants to date me not anybody in my friend group, but I don't like anybody and don't really need a boyfriend.

I go take a shower, wash my hair, I get out dry my hair and go get dressed. I choose to wear an olive green crop top, ripped skinny jeans, a pear of nude coloured heels, a green baggy jumper and a nice brown purse.(A/N pictures are at the bottom of the page) After that I put on my make up, I put on some foundation, some black eyeshadow, mascara and some lipgloss and I just brush my hair leaving it with it's natural curls. I brush my teeth, I walk out of the bathroom and here a ping coming from my phone, I pick it up and I see Finnick has texted me
F: I'm outside, r u coming
K: ye I'm on my way now
F: Kk, c u in a minute

Finnick is like my older brother, we always look out for each other's, he is also the only one who knows about my family past, my dad died in a car accident 6 years ago, some drunk driver hit his car whilst my dad was coming back from work, my mothers went into deep depression, I never really forgave her I had to take care of my sister, prim, and I was only 10. My mothers got better over the years and just last year she met a nice man called Plutarch heavens we and they got married, he is super rich and gives me and prim everything we want, he tries to act as our real dad, and have started calling him that but he will never replace my real dad.

I grab my purse and my phone and as I go past the kitchen I grab a peace of toast and head out of the door. I jump in the car and see that Annie is here too, her and Finnick have a huge crush on each other but neither of them realise it. I hope they get together they would be so cute.
We arrive at school minutes later, we walk to up to the group and I say hey.
"So are you guys ready for senior year" Finnick shouts.
Everyone makes a whooo noise and then we all laugh because everyone is staring at us.
" Ann, Finn, you coming with me to the office to get our time tables"
"Ye lets go" Annie replies

We get to the office and Miss Trinket is there, she is a lovely teacher but wears the most over the top outfits, today she looks like a cupcake.
"Here is your timetable" says miss Trinket as she hands us all our timetables
"Thank you" we all say in unison

We compare our time tables, me and Annie have the exact same time table Finnick has almost the same but unread of cheer he has football.
"Bye guys I'm going to go find my locker see you in class" I sat and head of down the hall with my head down, people are staring at me, I am used to it but I still hate it, all of us sudden someone walks into me and both are books and ya fall to the floor, I get up and standing there is this tall, hot, blonde guy, he has beautiful blue eyes. OMG no katniss, stop it.
"Oh my got I'm so sorry" the boy says. OMG his voice is so sexy. What are you thinking katniss.
" Dint worry, um are you new" I say my voice a bit shaken, he's just so cute. Cut it out katniss.
" Um, yes I'm new, I just moved" the boy says.
" I'm also a bit lost I can't find my locker, it 452" He says, wow he's hot. No katniss, stop.
" Hey mines next to yours I'm 451"( A/N hehe true fans I've thg will know) I say
" Cool, so do you mind showing me"
"No not at all" I reply," by the way I'm katniss Everdeen" I say introducing myself.
"Peeta Melark" he say, Peeta, I just love that name.
What is wrong with you katniss, you just met him and he doesn't even like you, get yourself together.
This is going to be a long day.

Yay first chapter done, I am a huge fan of the Hunger Games, it's so great and i have always wanted to write a fanfic about also I quite new to this so if spelling grammar or anything like that isn't right pls forgive me.
