Sam makes it back to the beach and ran straight towards her band group.

"Kevin!" cried Sam.

"Sam?? What's wrong?!" Kevin asked as soon as his girlfriend embraced him with a hug. "Where's Maya?"

"They took her!" Sam replied with tears in her eyes.

"Who?! Who took her?!" J.D asked in concern.

"I... I don't know... I think they're some kind of native tribe." Sam replied.

"A tribe???" said Tyler, confused.

"Not just them, Maya and I encountered mermaids in the river, then we were attacked by a lion. But then the native people came out of nowhere and saved us. And then they dragged Maya off into the jungle." said Sam.

"Whoa, whoa! Mermaids!? A lion!?" said J.D, shocked.

"Did you see where the native's went?" Kevin asked.

"I think they headed South or West, I'm not sure," Sam replied. "Maya said she was gonna be okay. But..." Sam starts crying on Kevin's shoulder, believing their friend might be dead.

The white wolf/dog whimpered in fear, worried about that one of the sacrifices has disappeared. Just then, a crystal shard attached to his collar shimmered a little, which means his master wants him to report, immediately.

He quietly sneaks away and runs into the jungle.

Elsewhere on the island, Lumorneth was furious at Scar for being seen by two of their 'sacrificial lambs'.

"You idiot!— You've ruined our element of surprise!" Lumorneth shouted.

"Oh excuse me, I was hungry!" Scar replied in anger. "I haven't eaten since you brought me here!"

"Great— Now they're all gonna be on high alert because they now know there's a 'dangerous lion' on the island," said Crystal. "Thanks a lot, Scar!"

"Hmph!" Scar huffed, annoyed.

"Now what'll we do?!" Avalinn asked.

Lumorneth thinks for a few moments. "Change of plan. We must prepare the ritual and round up the sacrifices tomorrow." Lumorneth replied.

"Tomorrow!? What about the other villains that haven't arrived yet?" Crystal asked.

"We'll only allow a few more to come to the gathering. The rest will have to wait for us to return for them when they are needed." Lumorneth replied. "We cannot allow the blood moon eclipse ritual to be delayed. Or we'll face our master's wrath."

"Mother, the eclipse is in 6-7 days. If we go snatch the humans now, we'll end up getting more unwanted attention." said Avalinn.

"We are in a pocket dimension. Nobody knows about this island nor the airplanes crashing here. Not even the Guardian and his apprentice." Lumorneth replied.

"Are you sure?" Avalinn asked.

"You dare question me!?" Lumorneth replied with a growl in her angry tone.

"Please, mother. I strongly advise you to wait, not rush," said Avalinn. "I have a plan that'll bring the humans' worries down again. And shift their focus among each other."

Lumorneth sighs, calming herself down. "What do you have in mind, Avalinn?" Lumorneth asked.

"We send in Crystal and she will use a disguise to make them believe what we want them to believe," Avalinn replied.
