{ Chapter 3 }

{  Dream, Nightmare, or Reality  }



Maya was walking through a huge metal hallway as if she's inside a big alien space ship or a secret building base. Question is, how did she get here?

"Where am I?" Maya thought as she kept walking.

Then she noticed a room with a bright glowing light. She went towards it for a closer look. Inside were tons of Energon cubes, but they are pink... But, that could mean, she's aboard a Cybertronian ship. But, whose ship, Autobots or Decepticons?

Suddenly, she hears giant footsteps coming towards the Energon storage room. She quickly hides behind the pile of Energon cubes— She peeks out to see who it is.

A tall black and red Seeker enters the room and picks up one of the Energon cubes. Maya looks up and then recognizes the giant mech.

"Black-Shadow? I thought this guy died in the comic I read?" Maya said to herself in a soft whisper voice.

Black-Shadow uses the pink Energon cube to refuel his ship. "There, that should do it," said Black-Shadow. "Now to get out of here before we're detected." The Seeker leaves the room.

Curious about this Ex-Decepticon, Maya decides to follow him...

Maya is careful as she walks behind the giant robot until he went inside the cockpit pilot room. The door slides shut behind him.

"Shoot. So much for getting answers about where I am... Although, he would've killed me if he saw me... Hmmm? Looks like I get to look around this ship, maybe find an escape pod to get off this ship." Maya said to herself. She turns around and explores the ship, checking if she was the only one aboard.

"Guess it's just me alone. And I didn't see other Ex-Decepticons so far... But, how come I'm the one who gets abducted?— Or am I dreaming?— But why does this feel so real to me, like I'm actually not on the island anymore?" Maya questioned as she continues exploring.

Then suddenly, a loud red alarm goes off. "Oh crap! I must've triggered an invisible security leaser?!— I gotta hide!" Maya thought as she starts running.

Maya looks around to find any room to hide in that isn't closed. But then, BOOM!! Maya hears an explosion outside the ship as if it's under attack. She finds a Cybertronian habitation suite and goes inside.

"This must be Black Shadow's private bedroom? But the door should've been locked... Maybe that explosion must've caused a glitch malfunction to his security system or something?" Maya thought to herself.

She climbs onto Black-Shadow's berth-bed then jumps onto the night-stand. She then jumps over to the desk next and looks out the circle window.

Maya spots a huge Decepticon ship which is shooting at Black Shadow's ship. Immediately, she recognized the enemy ship. It's the Peaceful Tyranny, the Decepticon Justice Division's ship.

"Oh man, this is bad. This is really, really BAD!" Maya said with panic in her voice.

Then another explosion shook the ship like an earthquake. It's back engine got hit. Now Black-Shadow's ship is going down.

"Ahhh!! NOT AGAIN!!" cried Maya.

Maya jumps back over to the berth-bed, ducking in between the large pillows, bracing for impact.

BAM!!! The ship crashes on an unknown planet's moon, coming to a halt as it slams against a rock wall...

The inside of Black-Shadow's ship was a mess. But, Maya crawled out from under one of the pillows, alive and uninjured.

"Ughhh... This is a second time I got lucky surviving a crash... For now on, I'm taking a train for traveling!" Maya said to herself.

Just then, she hears something, a part of the ship gets torn right off. The D.J.D has broken inside and is searching for Black-Shadow.

Maya gasps in fright, quickly return hiding under the large pillow again, hoping the D.J.D doesn't find her first.

She hears multiple footsteps heading towards her. But then she hears something else, a voice. It was Black-Shadow and some other few Ex-Decepticons confronting the D.J.D.

"Ah, Black-Shadow. You survived," said Tarn, Leader of the D.J.D.

"Yeah, well I don't die that easy..." Black-Shadow replied.

"Good. Then my fellow comrades shall enjoy torturing you and the other traitors longer," said Tarn.

"You want a piece of me?! COME AND GET SOME!!" said Black-Shadow as he pulls out two big guns and starts firing at the D.J.D.

The D.J.D take cover and fire back. Maya covers her ears as the fight goes on outside the habitation suite.

Suddenly, KABOOM!!!, a huge explosion goes off as if someone threw a grenade. And then, Black-Shadow runs inside his habitation suite, leaving his crew to handle the D.J.D. He quickly slams the door shut and blocks it with his desk. "Scrap!! Gotta get outta here!" said Black-Shadow as he reloads his gun.

Maya starts crying, she wants this nightmare to be over. Black-Shadow hears her and lifts up the pillow, shocked to see a human girl.

"Huh!? How the frag did you get here?!" Black-Shadow asked.

"P-please— Don't kill me..." Maya replied, tears pouring down her cheeks.

Before Black-Shadow could say another word, the D.J.D was banging on the door.
