Chapter 20: BM Building Or Coffee Shop?

"Gosh! Where the hell are you Winter?!" I shouted that made the other people looked at me. I felt embarassed. I just went to left side of the 3rd floor of the senior high school building para maiwasan ang mga tingin nila. I looked around on the Ground, 1st and 2nd floors of this senior high school building, but still I couldn't find her. And here am I, walking along the corridor of the right side of the building.

"Hey! Wait for me, Ava!" Ryu holded my arm, making me to stop from walking. I faced him with deadly glares.

"What do you want?" I tried to be calm.

He let go of my arm. "Can you wait for me? You're walking so fast and I can't catch up."

"I didn't told you to come, so why would I waste my time to wait for you. Remember that you just insist to come," I said as I rolled my eyes. "Let me tell you what just happened a while ago."

~FLASHBACK~

After what Louiegie said, we parted ways. Louiegie said that I should find Winter on senior high school and college buildings. Since we are senior high school students, hindi ko na kailangan pang maglakad ng malayo because I decided to check her first here on senior high school building. I also decided to start from the bottom, so I went down the parking lot.

"Ava?" I looked at owner of the voice who called me and saw a familiar face. "What are you doing?" Ryu asked as he played with his keys. I saw that he's closing the door of his car, so maybe kakababa niya lang.

Since I'm busy now, I answered him, "None of your business." I didn't mean to be sarcastic, but if it's what it looks like to him, bahala siya. And to answer Ryu's question, I'm trying to find Winter's car here.

I kept on walking, but I can still feel his presence behind me. "Need help?" he asked. I looked at him again and he was just playing with his keys. I examined him from head to toe and I saw that he's wearing a basketball attire. "I came here after I played basketball with my friends, so that's why, my clothes are like this," he said even if I didn't asked him.

"What did you came here? Don't you have classes? I only saw you yesterday, and I saw you again today. Didn't you said that you're a college student? Then, why are you here at senior high school building?" I asked, still checking Winter's car if it's here.

"Our proffesor is in a meeting, so we don't have classes today. I'm here because I needed to fetch my younger brother, Rye, who is also a senior high schoolmstudent like you. How about you? What are you doing here? I expect that at this time, senior high school students should be on their classrooms."

I raised my brow. "If you expect that at this time, senior high school students should be on their classroom, why would you fetch your brother? And, why do you need to fetch him?"

"The meeting of the teachers are for Grade 12 and College teachers. My brother is a Grade 12 student, so they also didn't have classes. I need to fetch him because he might cause some trouble again just like what happened before on London. Problem with that?"

I shook my head. "Nothing," I said. I left him and went to the other side of the parking lot. "Argh! Where is your car, Winter?" I whispered to myself.

"Excuse me, who are you talking to?" I looked at Ryu when I heard his voice from my back. I just shooked my head and went to the 1st Floor. "Don't you really need my help?" I heard Ryu's voice again. I shook my head again, trying to be calm. I don't want to raise my voice to him because I already considered him as a friend. I was startled whe he hold my arm. "Are you really sure?" he asked.
